Looove my new skirt
I was eager to put my hands on a piece by Susmie's. Since I went to Barcelona on vacay, it was the perfect oportunity. Unfortunately, SEUR (Barcelona's post service) was delayed and I couldn't get my skirt. The girls were very nice to me during the whole process, and after it was finally delievered, a friend of mine that lives in town was able to pick the package :)
I talked with Anna during the ordeal and she was the nicest!

I ordered a set for 179 dollars. Only got the top and when it got delivered. I had to write a check of 86. 86 F ing dollars for delivery? Not only did I not get my full outfit I had to pay a hidden fee for delivery...

We hope you’re doing well today :) At Susmie’s, we always try to be as transparent as possible with our policies <3 That includes shipping, where we mention both at checkout and on our website that customs and import fees are not included in the price of the items or the shipping cost.
Due to the current tariffs on smaller businesses sending parcels to the US, customs might apply extra fees once your package arrives. These are set by US customs and unfortunately, we have no control over them :(
We know it can be frustrating, and we’re truly sorry.

I use to buy from this shop when it was…
I use to buy from this shop when it was less known and it was much cheaper. Now it is super overpriced and the quality of every single thing I have brought from there has been rubbish. I purchased 3 rings from them and all have gone rusty pink with water (from washing hands). All the tops and scarfs have broken or come undone. I wouldn’t recommend.

Terrible quality and cheap
I purchased the Maria dress and really disappointed in the quality, thread is coming apart in multiple areas and the stitching is disordered. Paid over AUD 200 and do not recommend. Sizing is also way off, no zipper and the top part looks really weird if you have anything above a B cup.

Regarding shipping, due to new U.S. customs policies, there have been occasional issues with additional import fees. Unfortunately, these charges are determined by government regulations and are not something we can control.

Lying about the shipping dates
I ordered the midnight set two months in advance for a trip. They stated that the item was on preorder and i had to wait 3 weeks for it to ship which was no problem as i had enough time.
After this set shipping date had passed i had to email them and ask about some tracking info but, to my surprise, they moved the shipping date one full month without any notice or any sort of communication. This is unacceptable for any brand and the fact that i had to ask just to be met with this response is honestly laughable.
For the next week i tried to somehow fina a solution, even send a friend that lived relatively close to Barcelona to pick up the piece and bring it directly on the trip because there was no way for it to ship to Italy in one day, but they kept pushing back. I realized later that this new date was just another lie and they just kept pushing it. The refund was quick tho, at least that.
Paying this much for polyester, i at least expected to receive it. I like some of their designs but im really torn after the experience i had

the quality is extremely disappointing
I really liked the brand at first, the design, aesthetics, and overall vibe..But unfortunately, the quality is extremely disappointing.
Half of my birthday wishlist consisted of their jewelry, and all of it lost its color and started to shed just after a few wears. Something that had to be memorable did not last at all.

Not size inclusive unless your a uk size 6-8
I bought the reversible skirt top. Lovely design nice quality material was really exited! However the ‘one size fits all’ is definitely not one size fits all which is really disappointing if they did a couple different lengths they could be more size inclusive. I’m usually a size 12 and it’s too small for me to be able to wear as a skirt and risky as a top. Really quite a shame because I had high hopes. Please look to bring more size inclusive!

Maria Dress (white with black dots)
I bought the Maria Dress and I’m a little bit disappointed with the quality. It doesn’t have a zipper and there is no bra or double material in the breast area. Also, single threads stick out in many places. I expected more for such a high price.
As for the advantages, the dress has a nice design and a well-cut back.

I bought a necklace with a charm
I bought a necklace with a charm, which cost around 80 euros. I wore it three times, and now it looks unwearable. The color has gone from gold to grey. I asked for a refund, but the company doesn't accept returns after three months (I took some time before wearing it for the first time, so three months had already passed). To me, this rule just shows they know their products are of poor quality and don't want to do anything about it. They should at least offer an exchange. Very disappointing experience. Never will buy anything from them and spreading this info and my friends had similar experiences...

Weird sizing
I bought the lifetime rodeo brown and yellow shirt. It’s “One size”. It’s such a cute top and the quality is nice…but it’s way too tight and I wear a size small in tops lol it’s just weird and disappointing because it’s expensive, but I want to support small, sustainable businesses when I can. I’d recommend buying from here, but measure yourself against the size guide before purchasing.
Again, cute pieces and nice quality but won’t be ordering again. Sorry.

Dalia reversible top - bobble city
I bought the Dalia reversible top, item came quickly, when it arrived I thought it was so cute and loved the packaging etc. however the quality of the top is a bit disappointing, considering it cost £57. I’ve only worn the top once, and haven’t even washed it and the fabric has bobbled all down the front. It’s not great ! Good thing it’s reversible, as I can wear the other side but no doubt this will soon bobble as well!

False advertising
Ordered a top on the website that states it’s made of viscose, when I received the top it is made of polyester. The quality of the fabric and the stitching is extremely poor. For the price of the product it’s a scam.

Lovely designs but overpriced and rude staff
I’ve bought jewellery a couple of times and love their pieces even though I think quality could be a bit better for the price point. Was super excited to go to their London pop up but was very upset to find that the staff were very rude, stand offish and unhelpful. Was genuinely such a weird hostile vibe in there. Really disappointing and doubt I’ll buy from them again.

Big yellow hoop earrings
I was excited to buy their big yellow hoop earrings but i've wore it for a few hours whiles out and have realised the plastic is very badly made and extremely heavy my ear was in pain the whole time. i always way big earrings but this was unbearable - i was expecting for earrings that size, they'd make it out of a less heavier plastic material? its rediculous they charge £44 for that!
