Worst candles I’ve ever purchased

Worst candles I’ve ever purchased. First of all they candles had NO smell at all. Second the tin they come in gets so hot when you burn the candle you can’t touch it without burning your hand off. Third, the decor on the tin melts off when burning leaving a HUGE mess behind! Also there customer service is not nice and kinda mean. I was told they’ve never ever had anyone complain and that it was impossible to test out all 4 candles I bought within 4 days. Very disappointed. Also, I wrote a review on their Facebook page and they took it down and then blocked me from writing/commenting and they also erased my review on Instagram.
