Be careful! We bought a theme and is was heavily infected with viruses / malware, and messed up one of our servers!

The plugin is infected with malware. Websites were infected after downloading to one website.

Nobuna is a good site for you if you want to get premium themes and plugins for a cheap price.

But it has its own Pros and Cons.

Pros:
* The themes and plugins you get from Nobuna don't have malicious codes.
* There is an official plugin of Nobuna that you can use to auto-update the themes and plugins you have downloaded from Nobuna.

Cons:
* The search bar on Nobuna's website is very bad. It is almost useless.
* The variety is very less.
* The support is Okish.
* The biggest con is many famous plugins have not been updated on Nobuna for the last 2 to 3 years. So you are risking your website by using the out dated themes and plugins.

April 2023 Update:
I have a. Active membership but there is no way to download plugins...again. Reached out to support via email and support form. No answer in 3 days. Not sure if I will be refunded.

Beware of this website!

Edit/Update: Nobuna seems to be back online. I am still using their service. I will update if my experience is improving.

I have used Nobuna for a few years now and I was happy with the service up until now. I logged in last week to try download a plugin only but found that my membership was no longer active. I could see that my payment information needed updating so I did that and purchased a new membership - even though I thought I was paid up. After renewing I was still not able to download products. When attempting to download, I am sent to a cloudflare access page that says my account does not have access. The website displays "CookieHub - This website has exceeded the included session limit or the service has been suspended".

I have contacted Nobuna at least 4 times with no response. I have not even gotten an email confirmation that my email was received. Two transaction have been charged to my credit card - Nobuna has taken money out of my account. Not sure if I am blocked? I don't think so, as they took my money.

I can't get support and so I have posted here as a last resort. I will gladly retract my review if this get resolved promptly.

I renewed my subscription for a plugin in September 2022 for 1 year. I already had issues trying to update the plugin from the Nobuna control panel, so was having to download the updated plugin, delete the plugin on the website and reinstall the updated version. In December I noticed that there was an update for the plugin, but when I logged in there were no downloads in my control panel and it was showing no subscriptions, even though the invoice for the renewal was showing on the account. I have now emailed them 3 times but my emails go unanswered and there is still no way of updating the plugin. I feel scammed and will certainly be looking for an alternative supplier.

Nobuna is a great provider! On our sites we had some issues in the past that were prompty solved by their support channel. I never doubt when recommend them they have an active chat that always delivers.

I've been working with Nobuna for almost 3 years and what I like the most about them is their low prices and the outstanding support they give to all my requests. Secondary their vast plugin rep, the last, theme rep.

I purchased a membership from nobuna but the maximum files don't work, fake updates posting, I joined pluginpro.com, I will recommend pluginpro

There is a lack of themes, and the one that i installed : divi does not have templates and requires authentication.

Bought a plugin, which obviously requires a key to work. The key was not included. Upon asking about it, they don't offer the key suddenly and can't offer a refund.

Posts fake updates of YITH products. Never buy from these guys.

Well i would not recommend to buy as the price and services are not good.The maximum product didn't work. I have personally used wpreal.com and i am very satisfied with it as they provide automatic updater with single purchase also.

I would say nobuna is scamming people , most of there products are not working and they are charging a extreme high price , there are many good alternative companies that can be used like themeprice.com or others which provide working products at a reasonable price
