We’re So Grateful

We’re So Grateful – Amazing Support from Josh. We had an emergency yesterday (Sunday) just after 5pm due to a burst hot water pipe. Water was coming through the ceiling in the hallway and it even affected the electricity, leaving us without power, so the situation was quite serious.

Josh from SureServe arrived around 8pm and from the moment he got here, he was absolutely fantastic. Because of the electrical issue, he had to work without proper lighting and was using only a flashlight, which made a difficult job even more challenging.

Despite this, he worked tirelessly, going up and down, making sure everything was under control. He took the time to answer every single question I had and explained things clearly, which really helped in such a stressful situation.

He managed to stop the hot water and put in a temporary fix to make everything safe until a team can come back on Tuesday to carry out the full repair.

This was not a small job at all, but he handled it with professionalism, patience, and a great attitude throughout. Honestly, he felt like an angel coming to fix everything when we really needed it.

We’re very grateful for his help—he’s a real credit to SureServe. Thank you so much, Josh!

Highly recommended

The joiners were appointed to install Internal Wall Insulation and dress window ingoes, cills, aprons and skirting. To include removal/disposal of existing fittings.

Their standard of work, attention to Health & Safety and cleanliness was impeccable.

The joiners’ conduct was very professional and friendly throughout their time working in my home.

I would not hesitate to recommend the joiners concerned, namely Sonny & Chris, and appraise their high standards.

Fantastic service

Fantastic service. John Lucas explained everything from start to finish, no question was too much. Clean and tidy job. Absolutely credit to the company. First 5/6 engineers would not attempt to complete the job but was done today with no complaints or issues

Excellent customer service

I recently had an issue with the low pressure with my boiler. Reg Davidson from Sureserve was absolutely fantastic in guiding me on how to resolve it myself. Excellent customer service, extremely helpful and very patient.

I had a smart meter fitted. Derek negotiated the appalling potholes to arrive on time and get the task done quickly, efficiently and good humouredly. He gave me a full explanation on how the new system works and how to improve our use of our electric supply. Thank you.

Very happy with engineer

Very happy with device, Craig Dixon the engineers was very pleasant and thorough in his work. Even. with the daunting task/challenge of the spaghetti cabling configuration left by previous electricians on the ancient system. I wish to recommend Craig highly to anyone wanting to upgrade their meter system. Thank you.

We are very happy with the work Chris &…

We are very happy with the work Chris & sonny done for us. After installation we had an issue with a noise in the wall and sonny and Chris went out there way to fix it and the issue has been solved. They were very friendly, helpful and always tidied up after themselves. They are a great representation of Sureserve.

Dominic from Sureserve fitted gas & electric smart metres in my house. He did a good job, no mess, no fuss & was very polite. I had an afternoon time slot and Dominic phoned the day before to give me an approx time of arrival. He then phoned again on the day to confirm the time, so I wasn’t waiting around which I appreciated. I would recommend using Sureserve.

Sami Kilic was very efficient and…

Sami Kilic was very efficient and carried out the installation of my smart meters very thoroughly and in a timely fashion. He was aware that I needed to go out by a certain time and worked to ensure he would be finished by then, he showed me the meters and how to light them up and read them. He left me all contacts information and current readings. He left me an octopus home mini for easier use. Very pleased. Thank you.

I had a really positive experience with…

I had a really positive experience with Jeffry Ngwenya from SureServe who came to change my gas and electric meters. He was punctual, polite and clearly knowledgeable. He took his time to explain what he was doing and made sure everything was working properly before he left. The whole process was smooth and efficient with minimal disruption. It is always reassuring to have someone so professional and friendly handling this job.

Finally they actually kept an…

Finally they actually kept an appointment to replace boiler started well then had to hear all about the £1100 pm private nursery no one cares) , repeat answers so eventually I just shut myself off so when he was telling me something about gas pipe outside I acted stupid so he got funny 🤣 why when the came in a van with all the stuff was I then asked if there's room in my recycling bin to put their box's in when that's their responsibility I did tell them I would but not enough room in my bin the crap is still here not down to me to get rid of I'm pretty sure there was plenty of room in the same van it came in
