I was waiting since Oct 2025 for hot water and heating, this company did not only flood my house ruin my ceiling twice but left me til March this year before anything was repaired the excuses i could write a book !! Trying to get someone to answer an email or complaint has taken months to be offered compensation which was an insult to start then to be told i have to wait another 2 weeks for payment i just want this to end. I wish my housing association would find a decent company to do there Gas repairs Kt heating/Sureserve are the same company !!! Alan in office has always been helpful as so was Danny who dealt with the final complaint (March 26) those i thank for there patience when mine was gone.

Excellent service by an engineer called Kevin Turner. It was obvious he was passionate about his profession and not only repaired my mother's boiler, but went rhe extra mile to check the cause eg cleaned both the PRV and water power sensor. He was polite and took his time to do a good job. He was an examplar of good/best practice and should be commended. Thank you

The engineer Derek phoned us and gave us plenty of warning of his arrival time to fit our Octopus smart meter. It took him no time at all to fit it . He then explained how to use it and left . Every thing was left tidy and he was very polite and friendly. Very pleased thank you .

The engineer explained everything in a way i could understand it his name was Stephen Howe which he told me from the start and he called me before coming also gave me tips on saving money

I recently got a new kitchen put in by ian and his team over a 3 day period I cannot fault any of the work done very efficent work done to a very high standard ian kept in contact through the process as I was out at work when most of the work was done the guys took all my old stuff away and left the property in great condition I would highly recommend them to my friends and family as some have seen how good there work is I would like to thank ian and his team for outstanding work and also great communication well done

The engineer Derek provided a courtesy call the day before to confirm their arrival time. They arrived exactly on time. The engineer was polite and courteous and complete the job within the time they advised. Power was quickly restored. Engineer carefully explained the changes and how to setup the mini hub.
