I had Peter & Alan install wall insulation on the inside of the external walls.
Two really friendly, helpful guys. They were here for 2 weeks and showed up on time and worked extremely hard.
With the property being a period house they fitted the insulation whilst considering the original house features, not easy as the insulation had to be adapted to ensure a good fit.
I can already feel the benefits of the wall insulation.

After having smart meters installed in February they would not connect and send data.
Eventually Octopus sent out Marco from Sureserve to resolve the issue.
The solution he had been told to perform did not work but he was able to find another solution which has solved the issue.
He was very knowledgeable and also very polite.
Could not have asked for any better.

Had Sureserve in to fit a Smart Meter. Despite it being quite late in the day Dominic went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly and didn't cut corners. Explained it all when he was done and left everything clean and tidy. Excellent work.

James Forde came to my house to change a meter, he was the third engineer to come ( I wasn’t very hopeful) the other engineers talked about how the job can’t be done and to go back to the company. He came, he saw, he fixed! Very impressive!

On 3 occasion they failed to show up. Even worse, when I called to chase it up, they falsely claimed the engineer had attended and that I “wasn’t in”, which is completely untrue.
I’ve now lost three days off work waiting around for appointments that never happened. It’s incredibly disrespectful of people’s time and shows a complete lack of professionalism.
To make matters worse, when I tried to raise a complaint, the staff member I spoke to was rude, dismissive, and spent more time questioning me than actually helping. The whole experience felt dishonest and frustrating.
I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. A bunch of rude, lying charlatans who clearly don’t value their customers.

Sureserve serviced our boiler on the 29th of April and put a do not use sticker on it saying they would return asap with the part to repair. Over 3 weeks later we are still waiting numerous phone calls are always met with the same answer “I’ve just spoken to my regional manager and he is chasing up the part. We will contact you when part is in’
They made an appointment with us to come today only for them not to turn up and when we chased them AGAIN were told the same regional manager story we cannot shower or heat the house and they do not care.
We have since been told after ringing them twice in 2days that the part won’t be in until at least 3rd June so that’s gonna be 6 weeks without being able to shower in our own house

Again they have not turned up to a gas safety appointment they arranged and sent me a warning letter about the importance of my responsibility and telling me I won’t be charged in this occasion and I have the whatsap chat of me asking if they were still coming after missing the time and the response being no and they have to reschedule, they did the same thing last year, cancelled three appointments so my repair took over 6 months to complete and then when it was done it was done wrong, this is a universal experience from all of my neighbours, the staff are rude and laugh at you in the phone or just simply hang up, they are securing contracts by fiddling the stats and blaming residents for their cancellations or most of the time not even cancellations, they just don’t turn up

Thank the driver in IP6 this morning for this review.
Currently sitting in his van right outside our front gate while my husband, aged 73, and myself, aged 69, carry bags of postcrete, 8' wooden posts etc from further up the road because we couldn't park outside our own gate to carry them straight in.
Yes, we could have asked him to move-but why should we? He clearly sat there watching us struggle.

SureServe came to replace my electricity meter early May. The process was smooth from first to last. Derek Doyle was the engineer. He rang the evening before to confirm that he was coming the next day, arrived on time and completed the job without any fuss or bother. I had a few questions and found him to be forthcoming and helpful in his responses. Thanks, Derek! Nice job!

If I could give 0 stars I would have.
Never experienced such terrible customer service, promised on 3 occasions they would come and look at my boiler that wasn’t working, to then just not even turn up without any communication. I have 2 young children and have been without hot water and heating for 8 days.
Promises and promises just to keep me quiet to then be let down again. They throw compensation at you like there’s no tomorrow when all I’m asking for is someone to fix my boiler.
After 8 days someone finally came today to fix the boiler only to turn up with the wrong part and now it’s a waiting game again to order the right part.
This company is a joke and should be investigated.
Disgusting company that doesn’t care about their customers.
