Use alternative whenever possible.
Fast and convenient allow same day purchase with rental (before signing contract) until you need to contact an agent or submit a simple $85 battery recharge claim.
Agent is always unavailable; they will have to call you back. And, for submitting a claim, you will NOT get a hold of anyone. It’ll take a month+ to get a response… without resolution.
Latest update: still haven’t received any contact. And, any reimbursement. WTH.

Polite reminder…
I've previously been insured thru Sure Renters Insurance but had let the policy lapse and Kayvan was very polite in reaching out to remind me that SRI was still interested in covering my renters policy and respected the fact that I needed a couple days until I was ready and sent me a very simple link with a description of how to go about purchasing my policy. Easy hassle free seemingly no time outta my day to feel at ease about my renters insurance. Thanks Kayvan!
