SCAM 100%!!! I received the receipt with no customer ID on it then I receive an email that says to enter customer ID number & my dog's document is ready and to click on to review and I clicked that and it brings me to a login page now I never created an account on their site Thank God!.. Also there is no option on the site to login! I couldn't believe it asked me to add my ESA pet card to my Google Wallet. My credit card immediately Marked it as scam before I even contacted them and it is!!!! TOTAL LIE OF A AUTOMATED RESPONSE ON HERE AND IT IS WELL THOUGHT OUT LIKE THEY SAY IT ALL THE TIME!!!

A Customer ID is not required to access documents; accounts are accessed securely via email.
When documents are ready, customers receive an email with a secure link to access them. If you had not previously created a password, the system prompts you to set one—this is standard practice.
Adding a digital ESA card to Google Wallet or Apple Wallet is completely optional and offered for convenience only. It does not involve additional charges or indicate fraud.
In some cases, banks may flag unfamiliar online purchases automatically, but that does not mean a business is illegitimate. We encourage customers to contact our Customer Support team, available 24/7 via email and live chat, so we can quickly clarify and resolve any concerns.
We stand by our service and are always happy to assist directly.
