I was having some problems and spoke to Karl. It didn’t take him long to resolve the issue. He was very courteous and professional. I would recommend Wondershare (and it’s great support) to anyone.

Initially, I was unable to activate the product I purchased (Recoverit). After contacting Wondershare support several times, the problem was resolved. Thanks to the Wondershare support team!

Wondershare products and services is phenomenal. I am using Filmora X and Mockitt and they are working flawlessly in my machine. These are simple yet very powerful tool for all the beginner and professionals. Without a doubt, I am recommending this to my friends.

Wondershare is AMAZING!!! I am a Filmora user and the editing software is great. Its cheap without the student discount and plus has a great support staff. Personally I would recommend it

I was experiencing difficulty in transferring music albums from my iTunes library to my iPhone 7. I contacted Wondershare for help and they helped me resolve my issue very quickly by recommending their programme, Wondershare Dr.Fone, to me. So far the Filmora software has been helpful to perform edits and export to other formats.

This is the only editor I use for content creation now, and there are plenty of backgrounds to use if you utilize a green or blue screen. I have issues at times after upgrades like finding where a button was relocated but I am VERY happy with Wondershare and Filmora for Mac. If it wasn’t for this program I’m sure I would still be looking for a program that’s right. Also if you want extra help when you have a writers block, check out the Filmora YouTube #madewithfilmora

Wondershare pdf Element is a great product. Excellent VFM. I also find their Customer service very efficient.

So far Wondershare Dr Fone has been really good for my business and easy to use. I shoot on my phone and download the video into my computer and just like that I have everything I need.

Wondershare Customer service team was very quick, patient and helpful with my issue. They did their best to accommodate my request.

Program is very diverse with many tools. The support is very good
