Thanks supervalu for your home delivery…
Thanks supervalu for your home delivery today ! Delivery driver Des very pleasant
Lazy inept management with shocking service
SuperValu Dun Laoghaire is an absolute disgrace. Poorly managed with shocking service delivered by teenagers, young adults with no training.
The management here have no concept or interest in customer care or giving any form of service. As a single person I would spend a minimum of €5000 annually in this store. More fool me. Will go to Tescos up the road in future. At least respectful. Someone in Musgraves needs to take control of the inept managers here. Shocking, rude, ignorant, and seriously lazy
Supervalu Balbriggan is the worst
The supervalu in Balbriggan is the worst one I have ever been too. The dates on a lot of the foods is gone off and is left on the shelfs in the hope people don't notice. I was their today and their fresh 4 cheese pasta was gone off by 15 days. Their slimline milk was going off today and that was all of them, 40 + litres. The staff is really bad at their jobs packing shelve or the management have told them to do this to save profit. Everyone should avoid balbriggan supervalu. Every time I go in I find items like this. If by chance you end up there have a look. It won't take you long to find gone off food. Buy nothing though. They don't deserve your business. The worst supermarket in balbriggan, if not all of dublin/Ireland.
Morriseys supervalu Cashel
Morriseys supervalu Cashel: I was at this supervalu yesterday and when I came out my car battery had gone dead. I was so grateful for the support and help provided by Eddie and Eoin (staff of supervalu) and tony ryan (a local man)......without them it would have been a totally different experience! V.impressed with them. Many thanks
Supervalu carrickmacross co monaghan…

Tuam SuperValu used to have a great…
Tuam SuperValu used to have a great service but not any more! The last 6 deliveries were not complete, a lot of the items are out of stock when ordered so I end up having to go in myself to pick up the rest, what completely defeats the purpose of ordering online and often missed out on 12€ off coupon because value ended up being less then 100€.
Atrocious service
My last 2 orders have not turned up on time and have left me in a pickle. The customer service and communication was absolutely atrocious and downright rude. Completely unacceptable at an expensive €8 a delivery. I want to support Irish but I will be ordering elsewhere in future. I have spent literally thousands with SuperValu, they have lost me as a customer.
Never again.
Ordered a shop online. Received the delivery whereby 75 percent of it was missing. Never again will I shop online with these people.
Poor SuperValu in Mullingar
Supervalue in Mullingar is very poor quality.
The salad bar is always dirty and unattractive.
When I complained the Manager abused me.
Ballisodare store Sligo
Ballisodare store Sligo - Ordered click and collect groceries for collection between 4-5pm - not ready by 5pm and returned again at 7pm but still not ready, no explanation and no refund offered.
Helpful and quick
I had to get an online delivery from supervalu as I am isolating over Christmas. Not inly did they do their best to find alternatives to things I had ordered that were out of stock. But they added in a little extra treat which made my day. They were also friendly and careful when delivering and I really can't praise them enough for a service they were not really designed to give before covid. It would have been a very bleak few days without them
Groceries delivered..
Ordered online (in Galway City), groceries to be delivered. 2 main issues (with some small ones I would have ignored otherwise). Small things - clearly whoever picked the items grabbed things with the shortest possible shelf life. This time I checked no substitutes as the last time I ordered online so much was substituted....for mostly more expensive or not even remotely similar products. But that now meant I didn't receive milk. Few other bits too, but they weren't as important. What I don't understand is how they were out of stock of a very normal/big brand of milk. But whatever. Here are the big issues -
1st, it came nearly an hour early, at 10 past 11am. The window was 12-2. What if I hadn't been home? What if I had ordered frozen things? I feel like when dealing with perishables, being early is nearly worse than late.
2nd, when the driver called me, he insisted he could not actually deliver to my front door. I live on the 2nd floor, above some businesses. There is an open stairway that leads to a outside patio which is where my front door (along with 3 other apartments) is. Not only did I order groceries online so as not to leave my apartment and chance being in contact with anyone (am sick and awaiting covid test results), but I'm incredibly weak right now. I was not prepared to carry everything up the stairs. I explained the situation on the phone to the driver, but he insisted the door on the street was considered my front door. He said everything was in bags and I could wait for him to leave before I went down to collect it.
The first order I placed with supervalu was at the start of the pandemic out of caution. It was delivered to my actual front door. All regular deliveries (an post, DHL, amazon, etc) are delivered to my actual front door.
Since he wouldn't budge I said fine and hung up. What I found at the bottom of the stairs, were not actually bags, but just the liners for the crates. I had to make 4 trips up and down as most of the "bags" were too heavy and awkward to carry more than 1 at a time. And the bags kept starting to rip half way up. By the time I was done, I very nearly passed out. Seriously. My legs were shaking so hard I had to sit down on the floor as I couldn't make it to my couch (or bed or anything) and I couldn't breathe.
I never would have ordered what I had, had I know I'd have to carry it up my stairs. Under normal circumstances, it would have been probably 3 trips to the shop on my own.
Also, I encountered 3 people (1 neighbour and 2 strangers going to the office on the 1st floor) while I made the several trips up and down. Of course I had a proper mask on and tried to stay far enough away, but still. That is now 3 people that were possibly exposed because my delivery wasn't delivered to my front door.
If I ever need to order groceries online again, it will never be through supervalu. What a joke.
SuperValu New Ross - home delivery debacle
SuperValu New Ross - Ordered a delivery for Mon, picked the delivery slot 6-7pm from the options on their website. No delivery arrived, no contact from the store to say why. Rang them, lovely attendant didn't know why the delivery hadn't arrived and said she would organise it for the same delivery slot on the Tuesday. Again no delivery! Rang again to see what was going on - apparently a delivery attempt was made around 5.30pm but there was no answer. I said that's because I choose the 6-7pm delivery slot as I knew someone would be home! Then I was told the deliveries finish at 6pm so there wouldn't be any after that time!!! What the? Why is there a 6-7pm delivery slot option available on the website then? The poor attendant didn't know why and agreed it didn't make any sense. SuperValu New Ross, please fix this. If deliveries stop at 6pm, just take the 6-7pm slot off your website as a delivery time option - easy, then you won't have frustrated customers who PAID for goods and a delivery that was never going to happen! Seriously guys, this isn't rocket science!!!
Supervalue why do you and your fresh…m
Supervalue why do you and your fresh flower supplier destroy lovely flowers by spraying them with unnatural colours like blue .
Fields Supervalu Skibbereen.
Fields Supervalu Skibbereen.
I have ordered online twice from them and the service is substandard.
The first time, they tried to substitute a load of my purchases for more expensive ones and as a result, the payment bounced. They phoned me, despite my disability meaning I couldn't have a phone conversation, and the woman was speaking to me as if I was a naughty child and claiming that if I didn't give her my card details again, they would have to repick the whole order. I put the phone down on her and gave up on the order, the neighbours said they would take me shopping, then the order arrived but totally messed up.
The second time, the order was due between 2.01 and 4.01 but it was nearly 6pm when it arrived and I was waiting, hungry and worried. I live in a rural area and I'm disabled and without transport. I was sure I would be without food by the time the order arrived, hours late, no message or apology.
The groceries were soaked, the cardboard boxes soggy.
Fields have ignored my messages as have Supervalu customer service.
Butcher couldn't be bothered.
Been shopping in Pettitts Supervalu Wexford for years. Today, I tried to get a butcher to mince some pork for me, as I have had done for me numerous times before. He refused on the basis that 'you cannot mince pork and beef in the same machine'. Really? His colleagues have been doing it for years. I have now cut up my loyalty card and will transfer my business to Tesco.
Really?!
My last delivery from SuperValu in Kinsale was 2 1/2 hours delayed - it would have been longer than this if we hadn't called after an hour to find out when the driver would turn up. Products were missing, not for the first time, others were completely destroyed because someone has folded them in half. I asked to get a refund for the missing and destroyed products, and on this occasion for the delivery fee - I do not pay you to ruin my weekends! -, had to make contact three times now... still no refund in sight.
I wonder if you guys remember that customers in this country have alternatives to shopping at SuperValu!?
What’s the point of having rewards card…
What’s the point of having rewards card if when you scan 10 euros discount it doesn’t work?
Joke
SuperValu in pavilion Swords is a joke. The staff is rude and have no idea what “customers service” mean. I’m wondering what is going on with all of them. Is it actually so depressing to work for SuperValu? because this is the feeling I get. Let’s not even start talk about the out of day food that has never been remove from the shelves or the self service machine that when you need an approval nobody is around to help. Absolute joke.
An absolute disgrace…
An absolute disgrace…
DO NOT ORDER ONLINE SHOPPING FROM SUPERVALU…
I ordered grocery shopping online from SuperValu for the first time in the last 10 days.
I was new to this and selected the time slot 2pm to 4pm.
The delivery did not arrive until 6pm!
My online order was 160 euro.
The chicken fillets expiry date were 2 days out as was the Brennan’s bread.
The picker obviously selected the least fresh items…
I always check dates on goods and reach to the back of the shelves to get the most fresh produce always… this was not the case with SuperValu.
When I mentioned to the delivery driver that he was very late, he mumbled under his breath that “only 2 drivers are on”! Not as much as an apology.
I have emailed SuperValu and no reply either.
No surprise.
If you are considering ordering grocery shopping online please do not order from SuperValu ( Deansgrange).
Not worth it.
They don’t have the courtesy to reply to their customers complaints so a bad experience all round.
