Appauling Customer Service

I unfortunately had the experience of their appauling customer service following a delivery issue with an Amazon purchase, supplied by Superpet. David, customer services, was rude, aggressive, offered zero support, and clearly needs re-training!

Not my problem, he said, your parcel was delivered. Yes it was, but left in a skip, emptied before I arrived at work!

I was told that I should have checked my parcel tracking. Amazon later confirmend that I was not sent my ETA advice.

I would have expected this problem to have been taken up with the courier, after all the driver took it upon himself to leave it in a safe place...hardly safe!

Anyway, thank God for Amazon customer service. After explaing my situation, they awarded me a full refund immediately.

My advice is...if you deal with these people, buy through Amazon. Had I have purchased through their own website I would have lost out, £123.

I wished I'd have read the reviews. All is good unless you have a problem. Buyer beware!

FOLLOW UP after response from Superpet Limited.

As I mentioned in my review, this item was purchased through Amazon, not on their website.

When I went through the Amazon returns policy, after retrieving the item out of the back of the skip lorry (loads of images to prove) , THEIR clear instruction is to call their customer services number, starting 01202....

David answered the call....

If you don't operate your marketplace sales from the same location, you need to provide the correct contact details. This review was really to highlight how unprofessionally my call was handled.

To clarify, we do offer a 30-day money-back guarantee with free returns. Additionally, you are covered by law for any manufacturer faults within the first six months. We also mentioned that this item comes with a 3-year manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty details can be found either on the product box or in the documentation you received when you registered the device. At the time, we believed the call was disconnected.

Reliable Service

I order my cat litter from Superpet. It always arrives within a few days and is well packed in a very tough plastic bag.
They are also very helpful when you phone them.

All Customers Are Crooks!

I have been dealing with this company for a little while now as they are reasonably priced & fairly local to me.
My recent order consisted of 2 x 2kg bags of Hedgehog food, when the order arrived I had been short delivered by 1 bag. I rang immediately to report the shortage & was told to email & include photographs of the empty cardboard box that contained my order & also the address label?!, no apology!
My response to that request was 'why'? What on earth does that prove, clearly they were not prepared to accept my word for it, although I had been dealing with them for quite sometime.
I was not prepared to waste my time on completely pointless exercises as per their request so did not comply. My further response was to advise them that I am not in the habit of conning companies & that if they happened to physically check the stock level of that item against their computer records there should be a discrepancy of 1 bag.
Up until this particular incident I had nothing but good to say about this company but I am afraid that having been short delivered on an item costing around £9 I will not be dealing with them again.
Customer service is sadly lacking & their attitude is clearly one of complete distrust for all of their customers.

DEFENSIVE, DISHONEST, GREEDY

avoid this company. they dont do remedies - they do excuses. Look at all their replies to neg feedback. always an excuse. no promise to do better next time, no vouchers to make up for wrongdoings, no discounts offered as apologies. Other companies do this! and keep their customers. Superpet are penny-wise and pound foolish
