Love the service and product.

It has been 50 since I was a majorette. My ends had cracked from age and I was so excited to see this site. I ordered ends and am twrilling again at 68 years old.

The baton description was way off

The baton description was way off. It said 20" lights add eight. It was 20" total. I would have returned but it was another $14.95 to return.

So inconsistent. Do not trust them with any custom orders. You have NO IDEA what is going to show up… TERRIBLE customer service.

I ordered megaphones for the senior cheerleaders they are made great!! The order arrived in the time they said it would!! The girls loved them!! The price is great I searched for hours!!

I am a cheer Advisior for a High school, I ordered 138 pink Poms, the quality was awesome and so was the shipping. Our pink Poms got here in 3 days. Thank You Superior Cheer!! We will definitely continue to order from you. Our cheerleaders were very happy with the Poms as well.

False inventory information on website

False inventory information on website. Order was delayed a week when someone finally reached out to let me know about 1 size. Then after constant emails it turned into well over a handful of sizes. No amount of compensation to cover alterations or week delays. Finally got my order on the 30th but we are now in playoffs and hoping my girls use them at least for more than one game. Wanted to buy again next year but will source from a different vender or direct. Ridiculous.

Order place at beginning of October

Order place at beginning of October, checked the shipping estimator on the website to see if any shipping issues due to Hurricanes Helene and Milton, order was never received. Was told it was due to shipping for Milton which I was not understanding especially since website stated no issues for shipping in my area. Called to customer service, order was supposedly replaced with expedited shipping. Order had to be cancelled a few days ago due to Cheer season over and order still never received via 1 day, 2 day, no day shipping as explained. It has been a week since order cancelled and order still not received even though 2 different orders were supposedly shipped. Worst experience ever as I place order for a parent. Will not recommend or use this site for our future cheer needs.

Once they reopened, they assured us that your order would ship quickly. I apologize that did not happen. Took weeks for item to arrive

Paid $11 for shipping and item took a long time to arrive and lost out on the item’s use. Not cost effective to do a return either.

Paid for 2 expensive orders with no delivery of either.

I am very disappointed in this company. I paid for two different orders and while one is still processing over a month later, the 2nd order never did show up as processing or otherwise. I have both emails confirming my orders (2) and the PayPal pmts for them. But no orders delivered?!?! Be very cautious ordering from here. I have sent multiple emails with no response!!

Poor communication.

I ordered and paid for something. About a week and a half went by and I had no info about shipping. I emailed to ask for info and I was informed that the item was sold out and I could either have a different size or refund. I found this extremely odd. Had I not reached out I wonder if they would have Ever contacted me. I requested a refund and that too, took a follow up email a week later and took a week and a half to receive.
