I dont agree with some of the negative reviews on here...I ordered a slingshot for my sons birthday...after a while went by i emailed them asking where my item was...i had one reply apologising as my item was currently out of stock.....then i had another reply saying again apologies but my item probably wouldnt be in stock until at least the end of july.. as this would be too late for my sons birthday i requested a full refund....absolutly no problem...a few days later i had another very nice email telling me a full refund had been authorised...Hows that for brilliant customer service !!!

Absolutely terrible experience.

I ordered a pistol crossbow from Super Guns UK and it snapped while I was setting it up for the first time. The product didn’t even survive assembly, let alone actual use. For something that’s supposed to be built to withstand tension and repeated use, that’s frankly embarrassing.

What made the situation even worse was the customer service. Responses take an age to arrive, and every reply seems to create more delays rather than provide a solution. I’m now genuinely concerned that by the time they finally deal with the issue, their 30-day return window will have expired. It almost feels as though the clock is being allowed to run down rather than the problem being resolved.

When a product fails immediately, customers shouldn’t have to spend weeks chasing basic support. A faulty product is bad enough, but painfully slow communication and a lack of urgency make the whole experience far worse.

I expected better quality, better service, and at the very least a prompt response when something breaks straight out of the box. Instead, I’ve been left with a broken crossbow and an ongoing struggle to get anyone to take responsibility.

Avoid if you value your time, money, or patience. Some companies test their products before selling them. This one appears to test how long customers will wait for a reply.
