Fake jellycats
Site looks like a uk website, but it’s actually from China. It sells counterfeit poor quality jellycats. Very expensive mistake made right before Christmas. Please don’t waste your money.

The very worst company i've ever had to try to deal with.
They will send you broken goods.
You will try to get a refund.
They will offer you 10% refund.
You will refuse.
They will give you nothing and you will be stuck with something broken
****DO NOT USE*****
Disgusting customer service and without a shadow of a doubt the worst I have EVER experienced.
I reported a faulty item after 5 days of receiving it and provided all of the details that they required as well as pictures. These pictures were attached as JPEGs on an email on 5 separate occasions only for them saying they hadn’t received them. This was then conveniently dragged on until outside of their returns policy. I asked for a different email address to send them to.......this was ignored.
Will be doing everything I can to get the money back and will update on here so other people who have been affected in the same way can get their money back too!
Don’t buy anything from this so called company. I bought a guitar for my son and the neck of the guitar was broken. They kept offering me a small partial refund and I refused saying I wanted a full refund as guitar is useless. Have been ignored since and the guitar is only fit for the bin. Useless customer service and I feel I have been robbed.
Useless company had faulty goods from them now changed their name
Bought the 240v Appliance below in June 2020, Still waiting for a Repair or Refund as it started smoking after 6 weeks of little use, They said it was out of their 30 day Returns Policy, even though it had a 12 Month Warranty which now proves to be completely worthless, as they will not honour it. They lied to Paypal stating I had "altered it", when I had not. They would not accept a return , so they had not even seen it, So PayPal did not refund me. Supergift now ignore any messages. Buyer Beware...!!!!!.
I ordered two mask they arrived defective and they refused to refund my money. Endless emails from a company who clearly don't understand customer service.
Don't even want to put 1 star as they are worst company ever. Ordered a bike for grandson and it arrived so damaged so wanted a refund as no time to wait for replacement. I've been trying for over a month. They sent post office return but not for correct weight then sent dpd dreturn slip but the dpd shops won't take as its too big. They will not resolve this or even send proper communications . My next stage is to go to trading standards eBay aren't even useful. Never use this company. The fight goes on!!
Bought some so called heavy duty containers from them, one of them cracked after the 2nd time of use.
Fobbed me off with excuses, not impressed. Stay clear, they operate on eBay as well, so be careful
Purchased 10 “nhs approved” surgery masks for my grandparents to give them some assurance in the covid19 phase.
As I was in a rush and bought them without I checking the seller’s reviews and their backgrounds. After placing the order I regretted as I found some bad information about the seller and they refused to cancel the order for me with various ridiculous excuses.
The items were arrived in a thin paper envelope. The proper masks should be in a box or sealed with plastic paper individually for each mask. Obviously they were unauthentic. Tried to contact them to get a refund they told me they can’t accept return because of hygiene. Well I was wondering which hand did they used to grab and push the masks in the reusable envelope.
Please keep away from you if you don’t want trouble and stress. You will not certainly be treated as a human.
Let me know where and what authorities I can report them to.
I received an item that i "purchased". A doggie nail trimmer. I know i looked at it but i dont remember purchasing it. Before it arrived i had bought one locally. The day i received it i contacted Super Gifts to arrange to return the item. No response. About 2 weeks later i emailed them again. Still no response. I filed a claim with paypal and they said they cant help me so im stuck with it
