No wonder all the other reviews are bad!

I bought a bag of soil from this company. It arrived with a wad of sellotape all over a huge hole! They were nice at first via Amazon. But now have cut off all contact.

And I'm stuck with a bag of soil that will cost me £ at the tip to chuck out!

I ordered a guitar from this company. It was deeply scratched in several places. The arm looked as though it Han been broken and glued back on. I requested to return and a full refund. They offered 10%,20%,40%and 50% then said... Ok send it back but never gave me a return label. They had my money a week before dispatching it to...only when eBay stepped in did they send my item...which again was awful. I have returned the item, and they told me only after they get it back will they refund me..... I would never ever deal with this company again. If it was possible... I would give them -10 stars. Customer service attitude is bad and their products are cheap and nasty.

Disgusting customer service and without a shadow of a doubt the worst I have EVER experienced.

I reported a faulty item after 5 days of receiving it and provided all of the details that they required as well as pictures. These pictures were attached as JPEGs on an email on 5 separate occasions only for them saying they hadn’t received them. This was then conveniently dragged on until outside of their returns policy. I asked for a different email address to send them to.......this was ignored.

Will be doing everything I can to get the money back and will update on here so other people who have been affected in the same way can get their money back too!

I ordered an outdoor furniture item from Supergift and delivery was attempted, but i wasn't in (twice this happened), it ended up getting sent back to Supergift, having discussed this with them they agreed to refund and i re-ordered the item in a separate order, the second order was delivered. They won't now refund the first order even thought this item was never received. Having raised a dispute with Paypal, Supergift have provided the proof of delivery for the second order as proof they delivered the first order. They don't respond to e mails, phone calls and are refusing to refund. I will be taking them to court to recover the funds.

Bought a DSP Vacuum Cleaner in June 2020. After 6 weeks and very little use, the motor started smoking, contacted the seller was informed I was out the 30 day return period. I contacted again and stated the Seller is responsible under the Consumer's Rights Act 2015. I had a 0ne year Warranty that was worthless as they would not accept a return. I contacted the Maker's in China, but no response. The Seller stated to Paypal I had "altered" the cleaner which was a complete fabrication ,as they had not inspected it, as they would not accept a return. So no Refund from them. The Seller now ignores any contact, They should stick with selling Toilet Paper. Buyer Beware, Don't buy anything with a Plug on it.

bought a brand new bike delivered with tape hanging off handlebars then cog broke as soon as i got on it told them i was booking into halfords to fix as discussed with them put in the bill for £31.99 and now refusing to pay as over 30 days

Nothing but issues with the purchase of my 2 swing egg chairs. Both chairs turned up damaged, damage was under the wrapping on the frame so it couldn’t be see until they were all unwrapped - which means damage was already there before being shipped. Told the company they would either have to offer me a decent refund if I kept them as I would need to find someone to do repair works on them. Or the company would need to arrange to have the chairs picked up and replaced. Eventually got offered a semi respectable amount returned after some too’ing & fro’ing. Only then to open up the bases and put them together, first chair was fine, second one doesn’t fit the base as I have clearly been sent a base for another type of swing chair. Holes don’t line up to be able to put the bolts through so cannot actually build the chair. The spring and bolt for the top is also silver when the entire frame is bronze - so nothing like the other chair and how it should be. Emailed the company and so far have been ignored - surprise surprise. Absolutely livid, company is only interested in taking your money and isn’t interested in doing a proper job. AVOID at all costs if your after swing chairs/garden furniture. Definitely would not recommend❌
