Very good quality of e-bike
Very good quality of e-bike. I bought Cortina E-Nite and my new bicycle is exactly what I need: good brand, good quality and good comfort of ride. In store is very good service and advises. I am really recommended this store! Next time I will buy e-bike for my Wife!

Poor Service & No Delivery
Slechte service en geen levering
Ik heb afgelopen maandag een Fiets besteld met volledige montageservice. Het was op voorraad op de website en ik heb een orderbevestiging ontvangen. Na 7 werkdagen kreeg ik een telefoontje dat we je fiets niet kunnen leveren zonder echte reden. En we zullen je geld snel teruggeven. Tot nu toe geen geld terug en details over het annuleren van de bestelling. Zeer teleurgesteld, als je niet kunt leveren, vertel het me dan op de 1e dag en verspil mijn tijd niet gedurende 7 dagen voordat je me vertelt dat je niet kunt leveren. Totale verspilling van tijd en geld. Vermijd deze dienst.
Poor Service & No Delivery
I ordered a Bike with full assembly service last Monday. It was in stock on the website & I received ordered confirmation. After 7 working days, I received a call that we are unable to deliver your bike without any real reason. And we will soon return your money. So far no return of money & order cancellation details. Very disappointed, if you cannot deliver, tell me on the 1st day & not waste my time for 7 days before telling me that you are unable to deliver. Totally waste of Time & Money. Avoid this service.

Bedankt voor het delen van je ervaring. Dit is zeer waardevol. Wij vinden het zeer vervelend dat wij je pas later hebben geïnformeerd over het feit dat de fiets niet op voorraad was. Dat is natuurlijk niet de bedoeling en gelukkig vaker uitzondering dan regel. Onze oprechte excuses voor het ongemak.

I've recently bought Altec Altec Travel 28inch Herenfiets 58cm Zwart. It was delivered on time and in perfect condition. Packaging ensured the product is free of scratches. It took relaxed 60 minutes to assemble and make it ready for driving. Overall the product has an outstanding value for money compared to others on the market.

Sturdy and good
Sturdy and good. My son is very happy with it. Delivery went well. It is about one month old now, so far there are no problems.

Bike finally arrived after a non-delivery and loads of silence
Ordered a bike, and after a few days got a final delivery date, total 10 days later. Not even a time span indicated, so needed to stay at home the entire day. So took a day off to stay at home, but rest assured, no delivery.
No phone call as promised, no email contact, nothing.
Hoping for a next day delivery, nothing. Still no phone call or email contact, but complete silence.
Cannot reach this company by phone, only email of Facebook chat.
Complained about the non delivery, and got the usual feedback like oh we feel for you, we'll find out and let you know by the end of tomorrow.
Also tried the Facebook chat in parallel, no response there.
Of course, next day, nothing...
Only after the weekend they responded to another Facebook chat and another email. Bullsh1t about we sent you an update already.
Only after that contact, got an email about a next delivery for which we had to stay home the whole day. Gladly it came, though there wasn't any follow up of delivery success, apology, just more silence.
Will not use this company again...
