Customer Courtesy?????
I’ve shopped at various Supercheap Auto stores for years now and not once, not ever have I had a “Thank you” at the time of purchase.
All I get is “are you a Member”, (to which I politely answer “no”), not a “would you like to become a member and here’s why”
Must be a cultural in built practice to not have any gratitude for the purchase being made by the customer and funding their job.
So ignorant
SUPER-RIP-OFF, Sell FAULTY Products and FORCE YOU TO KEEP, PUT UP WITH, & LIKE IT!!!
Supercheap have NO Problem STOCKING & SELLING FAULTY Century Batteries, to DISABLED PENSIONERS, BUT...WILL NOT Exchange or REFUND!
I must, take my ONLY Battery (the FAULTY Century Battery THEY, THEMSELVES, SOLD Me) out of my car, Carry it, whilst I walk the 2.3km to drop the FAULTY Car Battery THEY SOLD ME, to them! Then...I MUST go WITHOUT ANY VEHICLE for 24HOURS while THEY test it, then...I MUST, Walk BACK to pick up the FAULTY BATTERY THEY SOLD ME, CARRY it, AGAIN, Walking the 2.3km back home!!
ALL THIS...WHILST I'M DISABLED!!!!!!!!
THEN, and ONLY THEN, they MAY Decide to either Exchange, or just FORCE Me to KEEP the FAULTY Century Battery THEY SOLD ME, and
FORCE Me to just Charge The FAULTY Battery THEY SOLD ME....EVERY FLIPPIN NIGHT!!
Way To Go SUPER-RIP-OFF....Sure you Don't wanna find ANOTHER WAY to STEAL from an ALREADY, STRUGGLING, DISABLED PENSIONER????????
I will NEVER, EVER Buy from SUPER RIP OFFS, EVER AGAIN!!!!!
I Could have bought a 2nd hand battery from U-PULL-IT for $30...WITH a 90 Day Warantee,it would have lasted LONGER THAN THE FAULTY STOCK SUPERCHEAP(SUPER-RIP-OFF) SELL!!! NOT ONLY THAT....U-PULL-IT, have NO PROBLEM Refunding or Exchanging!
Signed.....1 VERY ANNOYED...RIPPED OFF...DISABLED CUSTOMER!!!!!
AND....TO MAKE THINGS WORSE....I AM 1 OF THEIR "VALUED MEMBERS" WHAT A JOKE!!!!
Poor product quality and racist staff at Watergardens store
The staff here are downright racists with very limited understanding of the products they sell .Especially the staffer named "Stella and her friend Shelley".They gave me a faulty car stereo and denied liability asking me to go the manufacturer of the stereo ,My car manufacturer ,Back and forth to their store twice from Yarraville in peak hour traffic .When questioned about it Stella replied to me saying "YOU Might have got your" Indian mate" to install it thats why its not working " .At-last I got my stereo replaced after throwing the ACCC rule book at them .But the process of going through it is horrendous and condescending .Whilst I Understand they will now deny any wrongdoing I wish I recorded Stella's conversation with me, it would have gone viral by now .Worth mentioning the store manager was pleasant to deal with and acknowledged the unfair treatment and explained the reporting process .Do comment here if any you have been through the same treatment in this store and stood up ."Racism has no place in civilized society ".
Super cheap non-existant customer service
Ordered online but when I got them found 1 item was missing.
Immediately made contact but was completely ignored. They haven't even had the courtesy to reply to my email sent 8 days ago (and I have resent it and chased them but still no replies at all) and I haven't had a refund for the missing item which they charged me for.
The real judge of a company is how they deal with things when things go wrong. Supercheap have super cheap customer service and dont care. They just ignore the problem - so BEWARE if you order anything and it goes wrong then they will just keep your money and ignore you completely.
