Scammers!!!! Steal money and Never Provide reservation

I’ve emergency and needed to short my stay and cancel one night at the hotel but your company refused the cancellation. Sorry but I’m not going to use your company again.

I booked the hotel because i was having surgery in Phila. Unfortunately my surgery was postponed just 5 days before the date. I thought this was a good reason to request a discounted refund for the hotel stay. I was wrong! The fine print said my event was cancelled, too bad, this cancellation doesn't fit into our qualified categories. Seriously!

Our concert was canceled, so I tried to get in touch with somebody, both through email and through telephone call, to cancel my reservation. I did not expect to be refunded as I had paid in advance. However, I did want to cancel the reservation so no one would be looking for me to check in and to free up the room for someone else. I was on hold for almost an hour and no one ever answered. Then I emailed three different times. No one ever responded. Again, I was not trying to get a refund. I just wanted to cancel the reservation so I would quit getting reminders. I will never book with your company again. If I could give you zero stars, I would.

I reserved the room, but did not use it becuase i had to go back to the airport and the recptionist was even shocked that we didnt use the room, despite all of this i was charged additional 20$. I will report this to the bank that this was deducted from my account without my knowladge. How can i be charged additional if i didnt even use the room? Help mi fix this or I will report the bank

this hotel is exceptionally clean the staff is very helpful in the rooms are spacious. I don't have a single complaint the bed is exceptionally comfortable the pool is clean and Applebee's is right across the street and making dinner easy and convenient!!!!

Well you seemed to not mention being charged 30 dollars in membership fees so I would have been better off just booking straight to the hotel and cheaper but I guess crooks will be crooks. I will never use this again .good night my company caught this and denied the charges so thanks this one's on you

I was very stressed at the time of booking as I had really struggled with a different website. So booking with super.com was such a relief, as I was about to give up. It was easy to use, they emailed confirmation immediately.
Sent a reassuring text the day before.
