I'm still at a loss to understand what happened to the previous collar, but thanks to some excellent customer service (above and beyond quite frankly), we were able to address the issue of cat that didn't want a collar. The cat has been wearing her new collar for a number of weeks now. Most importantly she shows no signs of discomfort even though it's perhaps a litter tighter than her previous collars. This is apparently the key to these collars remaining on the cat.

Highly recommended. Five starts for the product and five stars for the company.

Both our cats love the collars, one in particular who has found other collars difficult to wear.

My kittens get used to the leather harness pretty quickly and are already enjoying outdoor walk now.

The leather collars look chic on them, instant acceptance without any fuss.

It fit, but the cat just couldn't get in with it.. had it on for a few days, you know, to try and get used to it. But she would just army crawl all over the place. I mean it looks like a nice product and all, and came in nice packaging.. cat just didn't like it.

I ordered a harness in mint green
for my cat recently. I have had tried so many different brands with great reviews before, but my cat could take all those harnesses off.
This harness surpassed my all expaction. Not only is it beautiful, it is also very comfortable, and my cat cannot take it off. The design is beautiful, and the leather so soft. Moreover my cat doesn’t mind to wear it. It must be very comfy for her.

Product was shipped quickly and looks great! It is easy to put on the cat and they provide lots of info about how to get the proper size for your fur person. The finished product is very handsome!

The products are amazing and on that you would receive a 5. Unfortunately, it pops down to a 3 as someone did not write the correct amount of worth on the package. It was written down for over 100$. This had it flagged by customs and had me pay an extra 15$ and some cents to be able to receive the package I had paid for and paid shipping for. This was unfortunate as it will likely keep me from buying products in the future as the amount paid is not an accurate cost.
