Thanks for coming back to us after you purchased one heat wrap from us. We use fulfillment service so you can get your heat therapy faster. They make mistakes from time to time. We can make it right for you but I need your name and address plus your order number to find out what is going on.
BTW, We make all the microwavable products by hand in the Seattle area of USA. We try the best we can to maintain social distancing at work.
To provide public service, I started making cloth face masks. I also ordered disposable face masks and N95 masks from a trusted factory in China, with US FDA registration and official certification for filtration. Please check out website at https://sunny-bay.com. The N95 masks are airmailed so they cost more than normal. This way people get to use them as soon as possible.
Our face masks are of better quality than Costco’s mask. Our worker wear one today and found out it is not as good as ours, so she trashes it and replace it with our face mask. The sides of Costco’s masks cannot bend easily so it leaks air. You get less protection if it leaks. If you don’t want to get sick, wear a good one.

Thanks for your feedback. We fill the heat wraps mostly full so it is still flexible. If we fill the wrap too full, it will be hard to bend. Please send us a picture so we can see if it is underfilled.
The heat can last for 30 minutes depending on the room temperature. The natural materials lose heat overtime and require reheating.

I was disappointed in the size that I ordered. I should have ordered an extra large instead of a large. I did not find much assistance on the website in trying to determine which size would be better. It ends up the pad does not extend further to my sides where I was hoping to be able to get heat too.

Great Customer Service & Product
I ordered 9 of the Lavender Aromatherapy Neck Wraps as Christmas gifts for my friends. They all rave about them - smell wonderful and the heat is great after microwaving. I will say the lavender scent is strong when new but has faded to a good point.
I needed these quickly for a gift exchange. After a quick email with customer service expressing my needs, Sharon went out of her way to ensure I received them in time. The personal customer service was great and very much appreciated!

I've used my rice pad maybe 3 times and …
I've used my rice pad maybe 3 times and there are already holes in 4 or 5 different places. I keep having to sew them closed. If it weren't for that I'd have given 5 stars.

Excellent quality of heat wraps
I ordered the lavender neck heat wrap and the back wrap. Both were of excellent quality; very well made. I love the fact they were made in the USA and with lavender grown in the USA. Also, the items arrived very quickly.

I have never found a travel pillow …
I have never found a travel pillow which worked well for me until I found this company. This is actually a second purchase because I sadly lost my first one in an airport. Communication from the company was excellent, and shipping was fast. I would highly recommend their product to anyone.

I like the fact that I don't have to …
I like the fact that I don't have to remove the covering before placing it in the microwave.
It retains the heat much longer than my previous neck wrap.
