I am having a very bad experience with CareProdx. They sold me a door opener and it is missing parts and they will not respond to me now.

Shipping took 2 or 3 days to happen, but item arrived within 2 days of that. Item was exactly as advertised. Very high quality. Spoke with a CS rep before ordering, she was top notch. Very Satisfied.

We are a Lions Club and we purchased the chair for a lady in our area and the sales person I talked to by phone was very helpful and courteous & delivery time was excellent as well as quality of chair..

We had to return as slightly damaged. Also we were not happy to find on a red slip in the package that the bar could not be depended on to hold you if you put your full weight on it. We did not know this until we received the package and found the red slip in the package with this info. Our refund has been processed and we are satisfied with the promptness of this.

I had been searching for a grab bar for the shower. None that I saw seemed strong enough to be reliable. This product has been great so far and is strong enough to support my weight.

Purchased a product online and mad an error with the zip code. The item was delivered to the wrong address and returned. No follow investigation even though they had my email and phone #.. It wasn't until I called questioning the delivery date. I believe the mistake should have been discovered before the product was shipped...

Caring service. I had a problem with a product once I'd bought it, based on the information the manufacturers of a product had given me and CareProdx. They helped solve it and they were very fair to me. Just that they're a small company and special cases like that take time to work out. But I'd buy from them again.

Perfect for what we needed. Husband is in wheelchair. I use lift to put him in extra long shower slider chair/toilet chair. It was perfect in length to when I slid him over into the shower...he actually was in the shower. Worked Perfect. Previous ones purchased where not extra long....so he ended up in the opening of the shower which was not doable. It is very sturdy and of good quality. So happy we found this product. Thank You. It changed our world. PS....since the shower curtain will not go over the bars....we cut the curtain to fit right down over the bars and used Velcro. worked great. :)

The shower chair is well made and will work well.

The chair arrived and was used right away. However the arm rest cushion is 9 inches long and the tube is 12 inches long. The person using the chair is 91 and has no padding so the bare part of the tube causes her pain and we had to stop using the chair. We have a fix to add an extended cushion. She will be using it again. She liked the seat and hard back of the chair and the adjustable height. So I think it looks like a good tool for her. The shipping was a little late going out but the communication on that was very good. Overall this was a good choice and Care Prodx easy to deal with.

We ordered a bath chair commode for my bedridden mother on Wednesday 12-28. We were assured they would rush the request to the "warehouse" and it would be shipped via FedEx on thursday, maybe friday at the latest. We were told we could expect it in 5 business days, Thursday 1-5 at the latest. There is no warehouse owned by CareProducts, they order from wholesalers and did not know their wholesaler was closed over the holidays. It now looks like the chair will not be delivered until 1-17. In the meantime my bedridden mother must have bedbaths rather than a shower and use a bedpan. Our bad situation continues. When I called them, they were nice, they gave me a 5% discount, but it does not cover the discomfort and unhappiness. I just wish they had been honest.

We chose Ezee Life Tilt Shower Commode Chair. This chair is sturdy, safe and comfortable. It can even be rolled over a commode or use the bucket that comes with it. It reclines and has a head rest for hair washing. We chose the large wheels in back for stability and safety. As the user of this chair, I am very pleased with all features. It even has a seat belt and foot pedals. I highly recommend this chair.

Our purchase of the PVC rolling shower chair was great. Delivery went faster than expected. We purchased the four inch wheels with locks and are glad we did. We would definitely recommend you to anyone needing shower chair!

I made this purchase to replace the old one I have which I purchased in the spring of 2010. And the only reason I'm doing so is because we moved into a home with well water and for awhile it got pretty nasty. The shower curtain has some rust stains on it so rather than having to try and scrub it down I decided to replace it. Otherwise it is in perfect shape. The only thing I'm not crazy about is how stiff it is. Makes it hard to push it back out of the way a little but then I am guessing it has to be that stiff to work in a roll in shower.

Sales people very helpful and delivery good -- chair was what we expected.
