We bought our Sunny Tent back in Dec 2018. Transaction was easy. Put it up in the following Spring. We actually only used it in the garden as a shelter for outdoor dining - it worked perfectly and looked lovely with fairy lights and bunting (yes - very girly but even my husband said how nice it looked!!) Unfortunately last year, the poles had rusted and several snapped (was always folded down in a storm). I want to order new poles but the reviews regarding FedEx issues is putting me off at the moment.
Hopefully these glitches will be sorted and we can enjoy the Sunny Tent again this year.

Haven’t erected the tent yet as bought it for spring so all packaged. Will update review once done. Good quick delivery though from Netherlands and good communication from company of its whereabouts.

I am happy with the product. Quick delivery to Hungary.

i was very happy to get the tent and had to bring it through England since i am in Egypt, but was disappointed when the cane's broke and i had to order new support canes plz make a dealer in Egypt

I upgraded the poles (with 18mm steal poles), because I use the tent for a 6.1m diameter pool (intex 6.1x1.32). I had to mount the tent about 0.6m above ground so that the tent fits the diameter of the big pool. But it works and its perfect against rain, leaves, dirt, ...
The plastic sheet is very strong, so I think that will last for a few years.
Thank you ones again for that perfect idea, to make a tent for a pool.

Brought the tent for out 15 foot pool and was impressed at first despite some of the poles being damaged. We gave subsequently been receiving letters from a collections agency regarding payment of import charges that Sunny Tents should have covered. No help from customer service what so ever and it's become a huge stress. I've seen them reply to some reviews claiming it was "an error they are trying to solve" DO NOT believe it as its completely different to what they told us. SHOCKING, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Amazing product.Super fast delivery from the Netherlands . Expands the time its comfortable to swim by keeping the chill off the water and keeping the air warm around the pool .
U tube video instructions a bit of a pain as we had to keep rewinding ... totally fed up of hearing the song "Sunny" !! But that's the only niggle 😁

Same theme as others. Great tent, heats and protects water really well. But we too have been landed with a £100 bill from FedEx for Import Fees. Sunnytent say its an error on FedEx part and it will be sorted. It hasnt. Control Account chasing me for the money and Sunnytent telling me not to pay it. This needs addressing immediately Sunnytent - you need to reimburse out of pocket customers who chose to sette the invoice and seek to obtain the refund yourself from FedEx. Customers are not at fault here.

Extremely upset as I keep getting letters from Control Account for TNT/FEDEX for duty and vat fees, I have received another letter today saying if I dont pay within 14 days they will proceed with litigation and CCJ
...Sunnytent you need to sort this now.You say you have paid the fees but after phoning The Control Account they say you have not.This has been a terrible experience and very stressful....But I have to say I am very happy with the sunnytent

Product is fantastic and it came very quickly, but i'm another that has been hit with a letter from fedex for the import fees and now (seeing as i was told to ignore it by Cleona @ sunnytent) it's now with debt collectors.

To their credit, Sunnytent are attempting to deal with this... i just hope the resolution is quick to arrive!

Great service, quick to reply to questions and delivery within set times.

However, wear gloves when handling the poles for the tent. 100's of microsplinters 😵
