Problem with the gift card - solved by customer service
I attempted to book a private sauna and filled in all the necessary details. The total amount was €131, and I used my €100 gift card during the payment process. To finalize the booking was necessary to pay the remaining €31. However, I chose not to proceed at that moment because I wanted to select a different date, so I stopped the process and return to the previous page.
The booking was never completed and the €100 was deducted from my gift card and never returned.
Update: Atif (the manager) reached out and solved the issue. The refund was processed back to my card, and he kindly sent a gift.
Overall, the customer service was very helpful once Atif got involved.

Cadeaukaart not delivered
I ordered Nationale Sauna & Wellness Cadeaukaart on 26 June 2025. Today is 2nd July 2025 and I haven’t received it yet! This was a gift for my friend for her birthday and I couldn’t give it to her in time and still waiting. Very disappointing!

Thank you for your review. We did prepare and send your order on time.. Unfortunately, the delivery is handled by PostNL, and they are currently experiencing some delays. Your order is still on its way.
PostNL allows up to five working days for delivery. If you have not received your order by Thursday, please let us know and we will be happy to resend it to you free of charge.
Please note that PostNL does not deliver on Mondays, so it is possible your package will arrive later.

I received the card within a few days of order. All process went smoothly.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience! On their website, they promise you to have the voucher delivered next day. Obviously, that cannot be the case if you rely on 3rd party like Post NL. Nevertheless, I was naive and ordered a voucher as a birthday gift for someone.
To my huge surprise, they sent the voucher of value of 150€ with regular letter, no tracking number whatsoever! It's more than been a week since I placed the order, and still didn't receive anything! I went to a birthday party empty handed and most likely I've lost 150€. Definitely not recommended!
