I still haven't received my order
I still haven't received my order.
I have no news in spite of the fact that it should have been delivered on July 6.
The website to follow up on my order mentions a problem but I still have not been contacted to fix it.

Impossible to assemble as the rods come…
Impossible to assemble as the rods come away from the connectors. Instructions advise 2 people 2 hours to erect. We spent over 10 hours trying to get the rods to stay together, each time the item is moved they fall apart. Unable to erect as a result of this. Poor design. Rods should be screwed together for strength and durability.

Good product and outstanding customer support. Instructions could be a bit more detailed (who buys the set for hard ground is a bit left on its own regarding the mounting procedures and tutorial). Overall satisfied about their tent.

Sturdy and solid tent. The ground pegs could be better, these were already pulled out of the ground with the 1st strong wind.
Overall satisfied.

Hello Henry, great to hear that you are satisfied with the SunnyTent. The ground pegs included with the SunnyTent are for normal/soft ground, if you have looser ground such as sand, you can buy the longer twist pegs of 35 cm. We wish you lots of fun swimming!

Bad customer support
Before I bought the product i had a few questions regarding information on the website. In the website the information about the specs on the Large Ovale was wrong and i asked about that. A person called xxx, replied me and confirmed i was wrong and she corrected the information on your website. She still didn't answer my question about the product and when I asked again she told me that she didn't wanna correspond with me anymore because she thought I wasn't polite ???
So the customer service didn't answer my question and i had to find the answer elsewhere.

You are lying when you say in your reply that there was name calling. I would appreciate if you would tell me how and where i did that. If you don't then you once again proof that the bad review i give you is well deserved.
I still have a copy og the whole conversation by email and there is NO WHAT SO EVER name calling. Only me telling i ain't happy about the so called support.

I was hoping for something more robust…
I was hoping for something more robust at nearly £500. It does not tolerate wind so I haven't been able to have it up much.
It does help keep the water warm when it is up.It is easy to put up and down.
It has not been sunny enough in the UK to
judge whether it can heat the water but I think it will. I hope it will last the season but
the plastic has already started to tear at the base and it's only been up a week.
Assembly is fiddly but not hard.The instructions are good. Be warned you need a lot of space to set it up. My lawn is 15 metres long and that was a little too small to do it easily. Time will tell If this was a wise purchase.
