How I wish I hadn't pressed SEND!! Absolute rubbish product. Took longer to deliver than my first child!!
The packaging was broken and the items inside too!
They are 1/3 of the size advertised. Now asking for a FULL refund.....hmmm, not holding my breath!!!

What a load of crap and a complete joke.
Bought 5 bags of the defrosting / demisting thing being advertised.

1. They are advertised as being about 4 times the size they actually are.
2. Therefore not as advertised
3. Also therefore not value for money.
4. Should be reported as misleading.

I've yet to try it in my car, but im betting it wo t work and ive wasted £25 of hard earned money!

Ordered some leather balm for furniture paid £15 for it and it never arrived! They even sent me a message to say it had been delivered but it hadn’t. Tried emailing them, no response. This company is a scam. Do not use.

Money taken, no product delivered and won’t respond to emails wish I had seen these reviews before ordering. Scam company. Do not send them your money!

Terrible. Ordered Christmas presents. Never turned up. No communication. Shocking that they have not been shut down after reading all the reviews. Wish I’d read these first. Avoid at all costs.

If i could give nothing I would. Stay away from this "company". I paid for my item and never recieved it, never got any tracking progression and every email I've sent has been ignored. Scam company. Save your money!

Honestly the worst site I have ever ordered from,, my item is in transit the last 23 days,, absolutely no customer service communication.. AVOID!!!!

Would give zero stars if i could. Ordered the advertised flying bird cat toy. Advert is a complete lie - toy does not fly at all. You turn on battery inside and the bird squeaks and flashes with different coloured lights. It does not move at all. Cat wasn't even remotely interested in it. Completely false advertising. Very disappointed!

I made a purchase of a makeup product advertised on Instagram. It’s been 6 weeks, and no product. No reply from their “customer service” department. Basically a complete rip off. Don’t use them, whatever the product. I wish I had read these reviews first. Hindsight is a wonderful thing. Oh well.

Do not order from this utter trash of a company. Ordered one thing (got charged for 3)!! They said they cant refund. 3 weeks later no sign of the goods either. A complete scam avoid at all costs

Faulty item received.
I purchased the moving and chirping bird. Does nothing, doesn't move, doesn't chirp.
I constantly emailed company and used the contact form on their website but no response.
Poor customer service.

Absolute disgrace - ordered product in good faith on 3 day delivery here we are 4 weeks later no sign of anything !!

Most likely indian owners typical scammers! No email response, no tracking no, no everything!

Awful DO NOT BUY no tracking no items received no response to multiple emails thankfully paid via PayPal so got a full refund.

Ordered an item beginning of November, now its the 19th December and not received it. I have complained/ chased a few times with no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They take your money, then nothing.

Dreadful Company. No goods delivered. Never respond to emails. I suggest they be removed as all of these Customers report the same problem.
My rating would be no stars if that were possible.
