I have not received my order. I kept checking status and it said unfulfilled. I sent a message to ask where it was and now the site is saying I have no orders. I wished I had checked the reviews before I ordered.

Completely scammed just like all the other reviewers here. I placed an order a few weeks ago with sunny go from an ad that came up on TikTok. Money was taken and I was emailed with an order number. To this day never heard a word from them since despite numerous emails sent to them. Only wish I had checked the reviews before I placed the order. How are they getting away with this? Is there no law at all to take them off line? Stealing people’s hard earned money, they should be locked up, pure criminals!

I would NOT use this company! I was charged twice for my order and have been completely ignored by the customer services for over 10 days so far when asking that they refund the mistaken additional payment. This is not bad service it is theft!

I've ordered the white cream foundation that it was supposed to change the colour on your face and is not working at all the foundation remain white and it doesn't cover anything on your face
It is a scam and a waste of money

Awful company, they don’t even follow their own policy on cancellation/ammend order - they in fact totally ignore it! They never respond to email, will be taking up with credit card plus reporting to trading standards - stay clear!

I ordered product on 15th Nov. Still haven't received it. Sent two emails. No reply. I am going to contact tick tok, Facebook, Instagram. Everyone i can and spread the news not to order from this website. Wish I had read reviews first.

Paid for an item through PayPal on the 7th December,next day I went to look for a tracking number,no where to be seen,sent a couple of emails and got no reply, stay well clear of these thieving gits.
My refund from PayPal is on it's way.

Gave 2 stars because I actually received my order and boy what a joke. It just makes your face whiter resembling a snowman - which I guess is handy for the festive period. The advert is 100% misleading and I just hope othe people read the reviews before being sucked in like me. On a positive note, I now own a £9.99 make up brush and face paint.

Bought the chirping bird for my cat. It is cheap rubbish! The battery compartment doesn’t hold the batteries properly so one always slips down…had to use tweezers to get them into the right position and it still didn’t work. The bird would never have flown like they advertised and when I messaged them they didn’t respond! Useless cheap rubbish!

I would give zero stars if possible. Received an email advising my order had been delivered but it was not. The tracking number they gave was useless as they didn’t advise which courier they used. I have contacted their customer services three times and had no acknowledgement whatsoever. Do not purchase from this company, you will be disappointed.

Like others I bought an item believing that it was from a UK company to find out later that it was based in China.
After repeated requests to see where and when my order was going to arrive. I was informed that it was on its way. When I tracked it, it was still in China and a few days later received an email saying that it had been delivered and was in Wakefield where I do not live.
What a terrible scam this company is…beware do not use.
Unfortunately I didn’t read the reviews until later.

I ordered from sunnygo payment went through to bright bargains I contacted bright bargains and they said theve had that before and it was a SCAM PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM SUNNYGO IS A DEFO SCAM

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - THIEVES/SCAMMERS!!!! If I could leave 0 I would! Failed to deliver, no customer support after weeks of 1 way emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this company. My order has been delivered to an address in South Wales and I live in Greater Manchester. Emailed the company several times but no reply. Do not order from Sunnygo

Not received delivery and no response. Will be contacting the bank to stop the payment

Ordered from here. Seemed genuine. Never had any more correspondence since. It’s been 9 days. They haven’t answered any emails. There have been no updates. I have had to dispute the transaction with my bank.
