A Birthday Disappointment
If you actually want your flowers to arrive on time—or at all- avoid Sunny Flower Delivery like the plague. I ordered a birthday bouquet for 04/09 that never showed up, and trying to get a straight answer from their "support" was a lesson in futility; the chat took forever to connect me to someone who just gave me the runaround before ghosting me entirely. Now, as of 04/10, they’re boldly claiming the order was delivered yesterday, despite the fact that the recipient has seen absolutely nothing. Save your money and your peace of mind and take your business to a florist that actually understands how calendars and honesty work.

Terrible Service and Product
They advertise they are a local florist when they are an online company only. Very difficult to reach anyone in customer service. You have to talk to an AI person and when you ask for Customer Service, the call is dropped. The flowers were delivered a day late and were TERRIBLE. The roses were already dying upon delivery and the bouquet was embarrassing. The box they arrived in had mailing labels on it from Florida and N.Y. I was ordering from NH! I WOULD NOT recommend using them!

I ordered a nice looking bouquet , paid extra for expedited same day delivery for my Anniversary. I checked the tracking status. It showed it was delivered but the recipient never received anything. I called customer service and they gave me the run around, telling me they will contact me in 24-48 hrs. Then a day later the recipient receives some flowers that is totally different from what I ordered. Not even close, not the same flowers, not the same colors. Just looked like some cheap flowers somebody picked up off the street and put in a vase. Very disappointed and will never recommend this place. I wish I check the reviews before ordering

WASTE OF MONEY!
I paid extra for expedited delivery to have flowers delivered yesterday, and the entire experience has been a complete disaster from start to finish. When I tried to track my order later that day, their system couldn’t even find it, it literally said “no results found.” That alone is unacceptable.
I attempted to contact customer service through their chat multiple times and was completely ignored. No response, no update, nothing. When I tried to cancel my order due to the lack of communication and the missed delivery window, I couldn’t because their tracking system didn’t even recognize my order.
The next morning, I tried again. Still no response via chat. I then had to call, only to be met with an automated system before finally reaching a representative who was completely unhelpful. He couldn’t explain why my order didn’t exist in their system, refused to cancel it, and offered me a $6 refund for expedited shipping after I spent nearly $90. That is honestly insulting.
To make matters worse, when the flowers finally arrived, they looked like they were already a week old wilted, lifeless, and nothing like what was advertised. The arrangement was completely different from the photos and looked cheap and poorly put together.
This company failed at every single step: ordering, communication, delivery, and product quality. I would strongly advise anyone considering using this service to save their money and go elsewhere. This was not just disappointing it was a complete waste of money.

Unauthorized credit card charge
I made a purchase on 2/23/2026. I cancelled the order on 2/26/2026 and received a cancellation confirmation. On 3/3/2026 I received an email stating that the order had been delivered. I immediately emailed them back and told them that the order had been cancelled and I have the cancellation confirmation and that I did not expect to pay for it. It showed up on my credit card statement, so I have sent several emails and nobody has responded. I have disputed the charge on my credit card and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General Consumer Complaints.
Felt Scammed
I paid over $90 for a gorgeous sunflower floral arrangement & expedited shipping to have it delivered same day by 1pm for my grieving family. The floral arrangement did not arrive until after everyone was sleeping, so they did not get it until the next day. Not only that, the arrangement looked NOTHING like the displayed pictures on their website. It was honestly comical. I tried requesting customer service to call me and they never did. I have since then sent an email trying to request a refund. Waiting for a response now. I do not recommend buying from this company and I feel I have been scammed.
