Horrible

Horrible. If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a huge beautiful Lilly bouquet and what my mother received for Mother’s Day looks like someone grabbed branches off a tree and stuck them in a vase. Also no chocolates, and no card. I paid $150 for leaves. I try contacting customer support, they say they will get back to me with a solution in 3-4 days…so my mother will not be receiving anything I paid for on Mother’s Day. Absolutely horrible. NEVER EVER EVER EVER ORDER FROM HERE!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered flowers to arrive on my partner's birthday. They didn't arrive so I contacted the company via chat, and soon realised it was just a chatbot. It kept saying they were contacting the florist to arrange redelivery.

The flowers didn't arrive the next day, and I got the same response. I also emailed (no response) and rang them (you can't speak to a person), and the chatbot has stopped replying to me.

48 hours have passed and still no sign of the flowers!

Looking at a lot of the other reviews I assume I won't be seeing the flowers and the chance of a refund is slim.

I get the impression that this company, and it's other brand, Blossom Flower Delivery, isn't an online florist at all, I think it's probably just a scam.

Last minute, Save me from brothers and sisters

Very truly happy to have Sunnyflowerdelivery.com.
Could not be with my mom this year.
I'm living in the United States and my mom resides in Puerto Rico.
My heart feels a great relief, hopefully the flowers and video call will fill the void.

Do no go by photosthey show on the…

Do not go by photos on the website. Do no order base on those photos. You get nothing close to it.
I wish I could add photos. I received 4 flower on a small base, and paid over $100.
I was embarrassed when flower were delivered to my partner. Extremely deceiving

Problem with delivery

Flowers were fine! However, they were left by the front door which my friends seldom used. No one notified them of the delivery (and they were home). So...they didn't actually get the flowers until the following day when I called to be sure they had received them.

Added fees are predatory

To charge both a shipping and service fee plus a handling fee to add another $21 on the charge of CRAZY. This is after to asking if you want to add a tip! I can only hope the flowers are fresh and delivered on time on the correct date. This country has businesses that have become PREDATORS.

It wasn’t what I ordered and what was…

It wasn’t what I ordered and what was sent looked horrible. Looked as if flowers from a gas station were tossed in a vase. It was to come with a pop up card, instead it had a stuff teddy bear. My friend is 76 years old, why would I send her a teddy bear? I am not pleased, very embarrassed and disappointed.
I have tried pasting the photo but it won’t paste.
I will not be ordering again and I will not recommend.

I ordered a lovely bouquet of tulips for my mom for Mother's Day and they were perfect! They also added a lovely hand selected and great quality chocolate. My mom loved everything and I would definitely order from them again! Thank you!

ZERO STARS

ZERO STARS. I ordered through this website because both deliveries were going to small towns where I could not easily find a local florist. The flowers delivered looked nothing like the photos online. The arrangement was sparse, the flowers were not as pictured and switched out for cheaper options, and the flowers appeared old. Very upsetting for a condolence order.

The website states the "same flowers and style as pictured". It is also not clearly disclosed that pricing is in USD for Canadian deliveries until after payment is processed, and they do not email you a confirmation or receipt.

Customer service admitted they had “supply shortages,” offered only a 10% refund, later 25%, hung up during the call, and refused to provide the local florist’s name. They also never properly emailed the refund offer, which was required to be accepted via email.

Buyers should also know this company appears to also operate as BlossomFlowerDelivery.com.

Gorgeous Arrangements

UPDATE - Unfortunately, the 2nd party florist did not provide the arrangement I paid for. Attempted numerous times to have it corrected by either companies and it was futile.

This was our first time using a florist in Decatur, and we were immediately impressed. Their website is beautiful and easy to navigate, with gorgeous arrangements showcased on both the site and Facebook. The local small business owner is pictured assembling a large, beautiful arrangement.

We placed an order for a graduation arrangement during Mother’s Day weekend, and they still promised delivery within four hours—which was incredible. The ordering process was simple, and there were so many stunning options to choose from.
Overall, a wonderful experience, and we would definitely use them again!

It was my granddaughter's birthday

It was my granddaughter's birthday. The flowers were not delivered on Friday. So I called saturday, and they said they'd be there between two and four. Well, my daughter got them,and they were smashed in a box. The roses were half dead. I called and made a complaint. They said be 24 hours to 48. I wanted my money back.They never got back with me. I was wanting my money back. How could you send dead flowers to my granddaughter's birthday?That's what I told em. I tried a few minutes ago calling and they keep hanging up on me. This is a scam, do not order from this place. It was not worth ninety one dollars for the order.And it wasn't even what I ordered. Be careful this is a scam.

TOTAL SCAM!

TOTAL SCAM!! nowhere does it state you are paying USD.Made online order in Canada to Canada with no issue.Was charged $114 instead of $81. Almost immediately called to cancel, sent an email...wasn't even Sunny, it was something called Blossom. Was told they need to check with the delivery people. That was almost a week ago and the order was meant to be same day delivery. If it is USD that should be VERY clear on the website. It shouldn't have been an issue to cancel as my CC definitely hadn't been charged yet!!! Terrible customer service!!

Ordered on Monday for Friday (5/1)…

Ordered on Monday for Friday (5/1) delivery of a dish garden.Instructed the driver of a road closure and need to go around. Received a text stating due to there being a lot of deliveries on Friday, it would be delivered Thursday and would receive an upgrade in the arrangement. The arrangement she received Monday (5/4) was UGLY!!! And cheap looking. DO NOT USE THEM!!!
