WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Sunny Flower Delivery.
First, nowhere during the ordering process was it clearly identified that the charges would be processed in U.S. currency. As a Canadian customer ordering delivery in Edmonton, this was misleading and resulted in a much higher charge appearing on my credit card than expected.
Second, I paid extra for expedited delivery, and the flowers were never delivered at all.
Trying to contact customer service was incredibly frustrating. I had to go through repeated AI prompts and make approximately seven phone calls before finally reaching a real person. The overall customer service experience was terrible.
I have now been told that I will receive a refund, but at this point I have very little confidence that the matter will be resolved properly.
Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others against ordering from this company. Poor communication, lack of transparency regarding currency charges, failure to deliver the product, and extremely difficult customer service made this one of the worst online ordering experiences I have had.

I ordered the Daisy Sunshine Bouquet from Sunny Flower Delivery for a Mother’s Day gift to my Mom. I paid for the premium bouquet. What my Mom received was not what I ordered. My mother loved her flowers, and I was Grateful to be able to order them so last minute (the Friday before Mother's Day), and still get them delivered in time! One frustrating thing was that I was prompted to sign up for emails/texts and was to receive a "discount" code. However, the code did not work!
Also, I was trying to get back into my order to increase the amount of the (default) tip that was offered for the order, but was not able to do so. I also waited a long time to be helped via the online portal before it "timed out", so I was not able to increase the tip...

I ordered flowers on line from Sunny Flower Delivery for Mothers' Day and paid a premium for expedited delivery, which supposedly guaranteed delivery by 1pm on Mother's Day. At 3pm, I called their phone number to check that the flowers had been delivered. I spoke to "Frank" their AI voice, who told me that the bouquet was being processed. I asked that the extra charge for the expedited delivery be deducted since the flowers hadn't been delivered by 1pm. The AI voice said that it would pass on my request. I didn't hear anything and I called back on Tuesday and the AI voice said my order had been cancelled! I did not cancel it! What a bunch of B.S.!

I am so incredibly disappointed by this flower business and I would recommend everyone to STAY AWAY. I ordered a bouquet for mother's day that was $80 ($109 with tax and fees). Not only did they delivery the complete WRONG order, the flowers were in terrible condition. I ordered a bouquet with lilies and a mix of flowers and what was delivered was a dozen roses in poor condition. When I called to inquire, they offered me a 15% refund.... The customer service was absolutely terrible and I beyond frustrated that they are not refunding me for delivering the wrong order in poor condition. Truly a terrible experience.

We put in an order to be delivered on 09 May 26, they took our money, twice in fact. We were charged twice, once by Sunny Flower Delivery and the second time by Blossom Flower Delivery. Due to a non-delivery order that we had placed for another family member the day before, we were very concerned when we were getting the same Tracker information on this order, on the 9th.
We contacted Blossom Flower Delivery online - were made to believe we were communicating with a live agent, but it was an I Bot/virtual assistant. We were not informed that the order had already been delivered a day early, we were led to believe it was still in transit. There was a whole lot of stress and frustration until we contacted our family member to learn the order had been received a day earlier; however, the frustration and stress continued due to the double charge. We were unable to contact this company when we phoned - the first day we were told we were 14th in the que, and if we wanted a call back just say "yes" We did, but did not receive a call back. The second day, we waited - we were 12th in the que and after 20ish minutes, we were #1, for about 10 seconds... then a virtual assistant named George came on the line, said there was no que and no live assistant available, so "what # do we want a call back to from a live agent. After much discussion, going around the same issue - we had been informed we were in the que and next to speak to a live agent, George hung up on us. After several days of attempting to get the one charge refunded, with no success, we had to address the double charge issue with our credit card holder - in addition, the phone number listed for this company, on our credit card charge, well we phoned it, and surprise surprise, the recording stated it was no longer in service.

Flowers not delivered
Ordered and card was charged for flowers on Friday May 8th to be delivered Sunday May 10th for mothers day. Today is Tuesday May 12th and flowers have still not arrived. Also still haven't received any type of confirmation email. Scam sight??
Mother's Day flowery delivery promise fell short
Ordered flowers/mylar balloons on Friday, for Mother's Day. They offered delivery on either Sat/Sun -- per the website. Today is Tues and they just arrived (1100 CT).
I think they offer next day service since many orders are late and looking for some place that can promise an on-time delivery, but they cannot make it happen but say so just to get the business. They are less than 2-miles from where they were to be delivered. And I don't think they flowers they delivered are what I ordered, but there's no pic of what I ordered and the name of the bouquet on my receipt does not show up on their website. OH....and the $9 greeting card was NOT delivered either.
Mother's Day gift gone wrong
I ordered flowers for my mom for Mother's day and they were delayed until today (5/12) they arrived looking NOTHING like what I ordered and honestly look like someone picked them outside and threw them together. Terrible quality and I am so disappointed. I asked for a refund yesterday because it was not seeming like they would ever be delivered and they supposedly "canceled my order" and I will get a refund, but I fear that they will not refund me since they delivered the flowers even though they are trash. They try to suck you into the scam by making it seem like its a "local" flower shop to wherever you are, but it is not. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE

It’s a SCAM. I feel embarrassed for not doing the basic due diligence of looking through their website. I fell into desperation for last minute Mother’s Day flower delivery. They kept pushing the delivery date and went past Mother’s Day.
I’m currently disputing the charge because they stopped communicating as soon as I asked for a refund. DO NOT give them your business.
