The wrong flower arrangement was delivered. I called the company and asked for them to deliver the correct ones which the lady said they couldn't do. Despite the " 100 % guarantee of satisfaction. I was told that I might get part of my money back after I send a picture and they review the order. I thought the arrangement was ugly with lots of filler such as eucalyptus . The recipient said the flowers were fine. I was not notified that they were switching arrangements. Photo on their webpage gives the impression that this company is a local , personal florist. I was told that I couldn't speak with a manager. I think I was speaking to someone in another country with a script. I would NEVER use Sunny Flowers again.
sunnyflowerdelivery did not provide next day delivery
I ordered flowers from sunnyflowerdelivery in Prescott, AZ on a Friday night from among options showing next day delivery, for delivery Saturday, and received an order number and confirmation of my requested deliver date. I got a text from Blossom flower delivery which I disregarded as I did not recognize that vendor. Saturday evening the delivery status was expected delivery Monday. I was disappointed as immediate delivery was important to me. I called and asked for a $40 refund on the $100 order, since I could have gotten flowers after the weekend from Costco for $60, but was only offered $10. Rep was able to cancel the order and am awaiting a full refund. Not able to meet promised delivery date, confusing third party delivery service.

If I could give a zero, I would. My two-year old daughter used to put together arrangements of field weeds that looked coniderably better than what this place provided. $76US for six roses! Ridiulous. They are scammers and they know it. I will be launching a complaint with my credit card company. If enough people do that, they will lose their ability to charge people by credit and go out of business, which is where they belong. I would love to be able to post a pic of the arrangement provided alongside the advertised bouquet.

Lesson Learned!
Ordering was fast and easy to these crooks, but the flowers were never delivered, I never received a confirmation of the order of ANY kind, and calling their number --several times-- only led to an automated responder that hung up after I spoke my order number.
Because there was no confirmation, I quickly ordered from a local company. So I had to spend twice that day on an expensive, unexpected and sad event. But at least I realized quickly enough, so my friend did receive her arrangement (from the legitimate, local florist, NOT from Sunny).
PayPal quickly refunded me.
Also, it appears Sunny is somehow affiliated with Blossom, another foreign company I had dealt with at my former workplace. They had a much more sophisticated website, and seem to have actually delivered something for my boss, albeit a couple of days late. I suspect they scrambled because they were dealing with a prominent law firm. I don't know if that sympathy bouquet looked any good, as my boss was the one who did the followup, and I am no longer at that office.
But back to Sunny: Thanks to PayPal's prompt refund, this did not become an expensive lesson in dealing with a company that has an online-only presence. It just goes to show that a company can be at the top of your Google search results, and still be no good!
So in the future, I will be sure to look up reviews on companies BEFORE giving anyone my order and my money.
Easy ordering
The ordering was easy, the selection had a great variety, and they delivered on time as promised. We are out of state and needed flowers sent for a dear friends funeral and they made it possible for us to send our condolence’s. We definitely recommend using them.

Ordered a casket spray on Wednesday evening for a Friday noon viewing we were not able to attend. Today is Saturday and the spray still has not been delivered. We thought since we couldn’t attend the services of an important family member, the least we could do is show our love from afar with a beautiful flower arrangement. Because we relied on sunnyflowerdelivery.com, we now look like heartless jerks. Delivering the casket spray days after the casket is in the ground as was offered would only make matters worse. Refunding every nickel I paid won’t undo the damage this has caused. I WILL NEVER EVER order from Sunny Flower Delivery again. They shouldn’t even be in business.

I am so disappointed. I paid extra for expedited delivery but the very expensive delivery is now 2 days late. I don't know what the arrangement will look like, but my expectations are not high.

If I could give it a zero I would - absolute scam. Bought a $150 bouquet from a "local vancouver floral company" (aka - Sunny Floral Delivery), then was charged in USD, then nothing was delivered. We complained, got no response, and after MUCH pressure they hired a random person to deliver a shitty $15 bouquet that was not at all what was advertised. TAKE THIS COMPANY DOWN. So sick of dishonest companies like this getting ranked so highly in google, and taking advantage of people.

Ordered some flowers for my sister, I live in the UK, she lives in Greenwood , nova scotia, after taking my money, all I got was delays after delays on delivery. After a week almost, I had given up. Their reason were somewhat vague... and when I asked why my flowers were not delivered, Nora kept saying that they wasn't marked for delivery, with apologies and would be sent out the next day.. the next day however, came and went 4 times in total. With still the exact same response, almost automated, everyday, same email, sorry your flowers were not marked for delivery, a note has been made for next day delivery.. blah blah....
I'm still waiting for my refund.

I ordered flowers and balloons on a Sunday for a Wednesday delivery. Online, it said that the arrangement was delivered, I called my mother to see if she received them. She had not. When I called Thursday morning, I was initially connected with AI, it said it was delayed. So, I asked to talk to a real representative. The first rep told me that they did not have the correct cards, but that the arrangement would be delivered that morning. They never arrived. Then I called again Thursday afternoon and talked to a representative that told me they didn't have the flowers in stock and that they would be delivered first thing in the morning. I double triple asked as my mother works for a school and Friday was a half day and the last day of school. They did not arrive. I called back and talked to representative and asked for my order to be cancelled. We will see if they follow through with my refund. This was the worst flower/arrangement ordering experience. I do not believe they were even going to send the arrangement. I was never informed of any delay, any lack of stock, and the story just continued to change. Very disappointing and sad as this was to celebrate my mom's retirement. The reps I talked with were polite, but the story continuing to change was very questionable. They also say on the website that they are BBB A+. I should have investigated. They are not BBB accredited. They are also trying to go by another name as when you call their customer service it is "Blossom Flower Delivery". STAY AWAY.
