Disgraceful service - avoid!

Disgraceful service. Items sent incomplete, not even a cleaning cloth or a case with branded sunglasses! Wanted to return for a refund due to this, could not even do a free refund! Lousy management and customer service, avoid!

Avoid this company

Nike glasses became faulty a yr later with the one arm not staying in the frame socket despite minimal use and being careful. Was told this is wear and tear when i raised the issue which is ridiculous. Unfortunately, this company is an unauthorised stockist so Nike cannot honour the 2 yr warranty they have on gear. In hindsight they are cheap for a reason and now stuck with glasses that I cannot use

Great quality, even better price and free next day Royal Mail delivery

I ordered a pair of Emporio Armani sunglasses on Wednesday and received them on Thursday…and I live in Northern Ireland which usually takes a bit longer. Postage was superb, next day delivery with Royal Mail, and free, even better. The glasses are legit, great quality and a lot cheaper than many other websites. I was so impressed I bought another pair of Bollé glasses today…I’d definitely recommend sunglasses2u.

Loved the sunglasses

Loved the sunglasses, everything went smoothly even though it took some time for them to arrive. But that was expected when coming from another country.

Payment made, but the product has not been sent.

I was really excited to try on the sunglasses and they looked great on the website.
However, I ordedered them on the 13th of February and as of today (1 March) I have yet to receive them.
At first, they did not send me a tracking link or number. I contacted them about this and when they finally did, it appeared as if the order had been delivered (which is not true).
I contacted them 3 times about this issue (after having waited for the 24-48 hours in which they say they would reply to your email) and got no response.
Awful experience for me, especially since I have been ordering to this address for over a year and nothing of the kind has ever happened to me(just on the day of the alleged delivery I got a package from another company which was perfectly fine).

I ordered a pair of Ray Ban Justin…

I ordered a pair of Ray Ban Justin Black glasses and although the delivery was a bit later than usual, the glasses did arrive and I love them! At least I cannot fault these guys on quality. They supply me with top notch products every time.

Ordered 6th Oct 2019, still waiting at Christmas 2019

Ordered two pairs of sunglasses on 6th of October, total $200. Payment received on the 7th of October. Order "shipped" 8th of October. I say "shipped" because it's the 13th of December and I still haven't received them.

I contacted them on 29th of October to find out why they hadn't been delivered yet. Their response was that their tracking shows it had. I regularly receive mail, so much so that the Post Office staff actually know me by name, and yet when I ask if they've got anything elsewhere for me, they can't find this mysterious parcel.

I explain this to Sunglasses2U and was told that I would have to wait up to 6 weeks for Deustche Post to investigate. 6 weeks later, I'm told they're still investigating. Another week later, I'm told that they believe that the item has been delivered so there's nothing they can do.

Great. So now I'm out of pocket $200, I don't have the glasses I ordered 10 weeks ago, and now I'm going to have to spend even more money to buy sunglasses from someone else.

The most amazing thing is, reading some of the bad reviews and it looks like this has happened a few times before.

Unbelievable. Avoid this company at all costs. Go somewhere else. Spend a little more money and get your sunglasses from a different business.

I'm sharing this review and the other terrible reviews to everyone I know. Disgusting way to run a business and treat your customers.

Lied second time said new glasses sent…

Lied second time said new glasses sent there old ones they have scratches on lenses just opened them took pictures scratches over them fancy sending second hand ones? box is same too as my old box they not even new dont use them BE AWARE liar

There lied said they would replace they…

There lied said they would replace they did not they sent them off without my permission ruined my holiday Jaren said she’d replace them called back she said I only answer phone now they have blocked me from telling truth shoddy company do t buy go to shop they will replace these people have now sent my glasses off to Lux which I could have done two days they left me in tears lied said replace then no we wi t have all evidence and calls , also saying we waiting from Lux about new pair then lied again they not even in Uk now they block my posts as they don’t want you lot to read they break and don’t replace shops replace buy cheap buy twice I have all emails thus company lies so dies trading standards now they ruined my engagement as wont be able to see my partner they lied left me in tears gave emails to proove this stay away buy cheap buy twice

Not to good post-sale service.

Webpage is easy to shop, and have great discounts. They offer you free shipping but the free shipping they give you is the cheapest low service shipping. So if you want to buy, I recommend you add premium service shipping, which will make the product more expensive and probably useless to buy online. Also the webpage post sale team doesnt want to make acclarations with the shipping company or help at all. its been 2 months since I ordered my pair of sunglasses and I havent got them yet.
