NO STARS! Here is my order#: #SUND322883
THE WORST RETURN procedure I have EVER encountered, and so far, customer service, too! I am still waiting response from your BOT CHAT, not even a real person! After going through your on-line return procedreried to retun my purchase today to UPS store YOU listed, however, UPS store said I needed to give them a QR code. Did not see anywhere where I needed to get a QR Code while processing my return, just a list of local UPS store to take my return to. Saving "carbon footprint", lol!? VERY upset. Please resolve ASAP.

Did not get my question answered

I received a response, but still did not get my question answered. I want to know why the order that I placed on May 8 is still showing Unfulfilled? I have placed several orders in the past and those orders have never taken a week to fulfill. Is the product available? And once fulfilled, I still have to wait on shipping. Just seems like this is taking longer than expected. Thank you.

Order was placed and was not delivered…

Order was placed and was not delivered in time allotted per website. Over 10 days from when order was placed. I sent in an email and got an AI generated response. Totally disappointing. I spend over $700 for a birthday gift for my daughter. I had no explanation why order wasn’t fulfilled. Not acceptable.

Ghosted for over a month on a $2,000+ incomplete order

I genuinely love Sunday Citizen’s products, which is why this is so frustrating. I spent over $2,400 on a sectional couch on March 18th, but it arrived unfinished. In an email on April 1st, they admitted the error and promised a "white-glove pickup" and a full refund. The truth is, they lied. They have ghosted me for over 40 days since that promise.
I am a disabled woman and I physically cannot move this heavy, unfinished mess they left in my home. They know this, yet they’ve gone completely silent and abandoned the product here while keeping my money. I have already filed formal reports with the FTC (Case #201500487) and the BBB.
It’s a shame because after feeling the quality and the comfortable products, I wanted to buy a lot more. I just moved into a new apartment and have a lot of furniture and decor left to buy, but you cannot just take a customer's money and disappear. I don't want any more excuses or "escalations." I want my money back now.

The customer service rep was fantastic…

The customer service rep was fantastic and cancelled order immediately! No complaints there..except time it took me to undo the order by contacting service. What troubles me is when checking out another item popped up offered at discounted price..i purposely avoided ordering..yet still found its way into my order and my credit card. As you can tell by my amount of my past purchases, i definitely know how to shop without suggestions. Just unnecessary hiccup for me as loyal customer. Now a little wary of the checkout format.

Outdoor Lennox set is a disappointment

Half of my shipment (the outdoor Lennox chair and ottoman) are defective. The ottoman especially. The ottoman has this flat dried out foam inside that will not inflate. The shape is distorted and it is nothing like the picture on the website. I am upset I had to set time aside and pay people to carry the furniture and put it in place just for this product to not live up to expectations. It is an absolute disappointment and I still have to pay my own shipping cost to return this disappointment to your store. I am beyond upset.

I am extremely unhappy
