I ordered and payed immediately with PayPal. No order confirmation, no tracking, no answers to my order status. I contacted them several times and received AI generated answers with no result or content to my order status. Today, I really prefer a refund and thats it. This is definitely not a relexed shopping experience.

Package never arrived
The package ordered on 29 January never arrived. First, I never received the shipping confirmation, and only got an answer when I sent an email that the package was sent. Since the package hasn't arrived 10 days after the order, I emailed again, to which I received a tracking number with Osterreichische Post that doesn't show status of the package. I emailed several times again, requesting my money back, but never received an answer.

Not a good start!
Hmmmm first time ordering, email received on 7 Feb stating order shipped it’s now 11th Feb no updates and evri state package is still with sender so feeling a little confused and disappointed especially given how much they charged for delivery. Now awaiting a reply to my query in 1-2 business days ? So who knows but not a good start! Edit: Item received 12th Feb so not sure whether Evri hadn’t scanned the item when they had received just a little miscommunication? maybe other delivery options should be made available

Delivery failure.
Sunday Natural shows order status "complete" whilst courier after 5 days of so-called order compete continues to state "We're expecting it "
Sunday Natural appeared to ignore my first message concerning their apparent delivery problem.
My subsequent message stating Sunday Natural potential Breach of Contract resulted in an almost immediate reply of " we will come back to you as soon as possible"
I have not received a reply to my asking when the outcome of "as soon as possible" will occur.
I notice "frustrations with communications" is not unkown when dealing with Sunday Natural.
Next Moves
Ask Sunday Natural to confirm exactly when the parcel was collected. If they can't provide proof of collection (like a manifest or drop-off receipt), it’s likely still with them.
Set a Final Deadline: Specify a "reasonable" time for delivery ( another 7 days). If this is missed this, I have the right to treat the contract as ended and demand a full refund.
Such is the customer price of dealing with Sunday Natural
They failed the tests of "make it easy on your customer" and "you're only as good as your last customer"
Still failing to get any useful reply from Sunday Natural and with numerous failures to reply, I decided I'd had enough with what I considered to be one of the worst time wasters I've experienced for internet orders. I resorted to a refund from paypal...
Subsequently, received reply from Sunday Natural through Trustpilot which was helpful in explaining their situation including a recognition that they need to do better. However, the response still left the whole business of date of delivery unanswered. I paid for delivery with expectations given their stated delivery timescale.
It may well be that Sunday Natural has highly rated products which in my experience are badly let down by their delivery and customer service performance.
Fortunately, there are other suppliers that may perform better in terms of delivery and customer service performance.

First time customer and I'm very happy. The product arrived within the delivery times stated and use by dates are well into the future (2027). I like the emphasis on the purity of the products, the dark bottles etc and like others mentioned, I will also be a long term customer if the quality stays as is.

Aggressive Spam & Data Misuse
Do not order. Before the product even arrived, I started receiving multiple spam emails. Unsubscribing didn’t help. Despite explicitly requesting not to create an account at checkout, they created one anyway. I formally requested deletion of my account and data, but it was ignored. I’m now being spammed every few hours.

Total shipping failure
Total shipping failure. During the checkout process I selected the option of having my parcel delivered to a Relay locker at my local supermarket. Having waited for almost two weeks, I discovered yesterday that the shipping label did not have my name or the address of the Relay locker on it, just the town and postcode. The package has been left at my local Post Office but they cannot give it to me because it doesn't have my name on the label, so they say they have no option but to send it back. I have had email correspondence with Sunday Natural but I think their customer service is only AI because the responses are too quick to be human. So now I'm waiting to see how this can be resolved, meanwhile I'm without the product I ordered and have lost confidence in this company.
EDIT 24/01.26: Still not heard from a human member of their support team, nor is there any response posted here. They clearly don't care about providing good customer service, despite how much they protest that they do.
EDIT 26/01/26: To Sunday Natural: You have all the details about this catastrophe, including the order number, my numerous emails to you (all of which have been responded to by AI) and the complaints form that I filled in. Order #12000278915. Please do something to resolve this!

Customer Service Declined rapidly (a friend only had great things to say about them a few years ago), no idea if I'll get my order in time for a friend to bring with him.
It's very sad to see such a great company, messing it up by relying on AI instead of having real humans in their customer service who can help. All messages so far have been clearly done by AI, so no real human contact. And there seem to be no escalation processes in place to help customers.
In addition, from my understanding they have misleading details on their website around Delivery which led to this situation.
