Thank you for your feedback and we are very sorry for the frustration this situation has caused.

According to the shipping information, the parcel could unfortunately not be delivered by the carrier and was returned to our warehouse due to an address issue. As soon as the return was confirmed, we arranged a full refund of the purchase amount to your original payment method.

Refunds are usually processed by the payment provider within 1–7 working days, depending on the bank or payment service used.

We completely understand how disappointing it is when an order does not arrive as expected, and we sincerely apologise for the confusion caused by the different delivery status messages.

If you would still like to receive the product, you are of course very welcome to place a new order, and we will be happy to assist if you need any help.

Earlier messages fell during the Christmas period, and we apologize for the longer response then.

On ingredients: all components are listed on our labels and product pages. Gum arabic (acacia fiber) is plant-derived but can be irritating for some; if you share what caused issues, we can suggest suitable alternatives.

- The recommended dosage is just 1 drop (not a whole dropper),
- every 3 days, unless your doctor tells you otherwise.
