Worst grooming experience of my life. Specifically asked for the groomer fI and my dog was familiar with, sent them to my house and during the grooming, the groomer I requested left my premises and someone I didnt approve of groomed my dog and ruined my dogs cut. They didnt stop there, the 2 groomers (I only asked for the 1) gave themselves an unauthorized $32 tip. The manager, Owen and a foreign speaking lady had no compassion whatsoever. Their resolution was to send someone back to my home to finish the job? As if I would put my dog in the hands of the groomer that lied to me again.
Manager, Owen, didnt care and saw nothing wrong with what they did after I specifically requested who I wanted, came to my house and in the middle of the service , the groomer I requested left my house and someone I didnt know or requested ruined my dog. Managers didnt even care the groomers gave themselves and unauthorized $32 tip. No apology whatsoever, nothing but excuses as if an excuse mattered to me. The owner, also didnt care. Refused to return my call. Managers had nothing but excuses as to why the groomer I requested left my house without telling me and took it upon herself to decide who groomed my dog...that was my decision Sundance. You have no ethics whatsoever and claim to care about pets and service.
