Awesome floor mats for my 2018 Ford…

Awesome floor mats for my 2018 Ford Explorer Sport. They fit great, are sturdy, and provide excellent coverage to protect my carpet from the muddy feet of children. And at a great price compared to the competitors. I actually like them better than the Husky floor liners I bought for a previous vehicle at twice the cost. Thank you!

Used/defective

The part I received was both obviously used and messed up. As it was a catalytic converter, my guess is that it was stolen. Returning it was a joke, they asked for all sorts of personal info that made me think they were trying to steal my identity! Do not use them.

I ordered headers for my 1984 ElCamino

I ordered headers for my 1984 ElCamino. The description indicated that they would be compatible. I received them in a reasonable timeframe but they are not compatible m. The 1984 requires smog ports. These do not have them. Like California, Utah is cracking down on emissions. Anything newer than a 1983 model year needs to pass emissions. Suncentauto offered me $50 to make the issue go away. I want a full refund and now they are not responding. Turn and run from these scammers. Oh BTW, they are made in China. Go figure!!

Regarding the $50 issue, this was likely one of the solutions offered by customer service. The idea is that you can keep the products and handle them yourself, and they would provide a $50 refund as compensation. Of course, they also likely offered a full return and refund option.
As for not receiving a response, this shouldn't happen, as the customer service team clears all emails daily.

Suncentauto sent me my Cadillac…

Suncentauto sent me my Cadillac converter on December 12 didn’t receive it until December 24. The part that I received the Cadillac converter looks like it’s trashed. It looks like they got it from a junkyard and sprayed it off. It smelled like they cleaned it. I got pictures of it so the product was not what I expected look like somebody just welded it so I asked to send it back within the time that I was allowed which was 45 days I received it on December 24 and I called her for a refund or a replacement which they didn’t do which they offer. I called them on February 3 which is 43 days after I received it so they’re not honoring their 45 day return policy so please people out there do not order from this company. This company is a scam.

Dodge Charger Headlights

I ordered headlights for my dodge charger from SuncentAuto based on my owners manual recommendations only to find out my headlights had an upgraded part. I contacted customer service and provided them with the requested photos and information. Upon receipt of my information, customer service promptly provided replacement headlights that were an exact fit for my car. Their customer service hands down made all the difference for me! I'll definitely purchase parts from SuncentAuto in the future.

WTF?!?...If your gonna offer products…

WTF?!?...If your gonna offer products to those on the west coast with a west coast address and area code. You should be open on west coast hours! I'd like to know why I havent received my order and cant even talk to someone at least from India to tell me over the phone they dont know where it is! The tracking shows my order on the way for the past week and its coming from a warehouse 15 miles away from me. Thats crazy!

Poor light output

The delivery service was excellent! However, the lighting is very poor. It’s so dim I can barely see the lane markers on the street.

However, our bulbs are very bright as they are LED, which are much brighter than halogen bulbs. We have had customers previously wanting to return products because the bulbs were too bright and caused glare for oncoming vehicles.

They have a terrible refund support

They have a terrible refund support. I have emailed them about sending back wheel spacers with the wrong thread type and haven’t gotten a response.
Even the tracking on this package never worked it just showed up about a week after they originally said it would be here.
I would advise not using this company for anything you need.

I'm thinking fake company

I'm thinking fake company - when i put in the tracking order they say they cannot find it, however it has shipped. i called 3 pm WST - they have not responded - 3 days ago. GOing to try to get my money back. This may very well be fraud.

Refuse to refund brand new, unused parts

I ordered wheel adapters for my brother's truck. On the ordering page, it stated parts will fit truck. When the parts arrived. They were too small.. the parts were never used, and were still in their original box.. i contacted these dirty rats. They told me, it's my fault I ordered the wrong part. I can send the adapters back, but I have to pay the shipping cost, or I can keep the parts and they will give me $25 to be done with the refund process. Now they telling me, I have to send them a tracking number before my refund process will begin.. i called them the first day, my calls went thru. Called the next day, my number is blocked and goes straight to voice mail.. they deserve a BIG 0 for my rating score.

Great company

I ordered a catalytic converter and the…

I ordered a catalytic converter and the part didn’t fit my car. I called multiple times with no response. I finally get in touch with someone and they tell me that I’ll get an email. I never got the email, so I requested another return label via email. They ask me questions about my car. After replying I then get told I have to pay for the return shipping. I asked if they can at least go half because I shouldn’t have to pay to send the product back. The response I get next was it’s after the 90 day return now so they will offer me a 15% discount on my next order within 30 days. This place is a scam. They claim they replied back to me and I ignored the email. Like let’s be for real… why would I ignore an email and I paid over $200 for this junk, smh?? This site is a scam and they email you back in the middle of the night. I checked my junk folder and no I didn’t get a response there either. But I guess I’m out of $212, smh. It’s better to pay more for a guarantee part than save money and waste it. SCAM SCAM SCAM
