After many years of ownership, we decided to sell our apartment in Egypt primarily to use the money to see more of the world. We did not need to sell, so we wanted a good price. After many suboptimal offers, George Sorial managed to find a purchaser willing to pay this price. The selling process is somewhat complex, but George was excellent throughout and provided all of the necessary support with lawyers, Notaries, Embassies, the Foreign & Commonwealth Office, International document transfers, bank transfers etc. Ultimately a potential organisational nightmare went exceptionally smoothly. We received our funds into our UK account without any issues whatsoever. Excellent service throughout, even personal telephone support over weekends. We would thoroughly recommend.

Sun homes have been managing my real estate in Hurghada for over 5 years. There have been challenges with getting suitable tenants etc but thats just down to the state of the economy in that region. George and his team have been professional, very responsive and go over and beyond sometimes by settling taxes or payments due from their pockets to be reimbursed later. We just concluded sale of the property and that went smoothly with regular updates and information provided regarding the unique requirements of the region. I feel like I have been dealing with family even though all transactions have been by email. I will highly recommend Sun Homes Overseas if you want to purchase or lease out your property in Egypt.
