I love everything about this business. All the clothes I have purchased from Sugarhill are lovely and unique, they fit well and I've received lots of compliments. I've returned an item as it didn't suit me and this process was really simple and the money was returned swiftly. The website is easy to navigate, purchasing is easy and the items are always delivered quickly. I would recommend to anyone considering a purchase.

I have a few pieces from this brand now and they all look so lovely and are incredibly comfortable.
Mostly I wanted to leave this review because their customer service is amazing. Thank you especially to Carla who kept me in the loop when there was an issue with my parcel and who offered a great solution.

I’m more than delighted with my Charlie jumpsuit. I keep being stopped by complete strangers complimenting me. I think I need to wear it everyday!
Great fit, great fabric.

I cannot fault the customer service from this company. I put the wrong item in a bag and returned it to SugarHill and they sorted it out for me without any fuss and with excellent communication. Cat and Carla were brilliant and it is so refreshing to find a company where customer service is still a feature!

I also love their clothes :) I always get compliments when wearing my dino shirt / sunrise jumper or underwater print dress.

I love Sugarhill Brighton, the clothes are gorgeous.

However, I had an issue with a dress where the shirring was coming away from the hem. I contacted them they gave me choices of full refund or keep the dress and get it mended and I’d get a 50% refund! And 20% off next order.

All within a day! Well done to Carla who was really helpful via email.

Great company, great clothes, great service.

Their dresses shrink after first cold wash. I never had issues with viscose dresses from different brands. And sugarhill Brighton dresses are not cheap- I paid almost 70 pounds for a dress that got shrinked after 1st wash. I sent email, got response with an advice. I am still wearing it but it now sits quite tight and is shorter. Not worth the money… I have a feeling that many of those new brands that call themself ecofriendly, but still have a tag „made in China” are rip off, unfortunatelly. Nice dresses but I will not but anymore because of fabrics quality.

I am very happy with all of my many purchases from Sugarhill. I have a number of dresses that are good quality, fit well and attract compliments! I had an issue with the size of a tshirt that I ordered, and was very impressed with the attentive and personal customer service. I would highly recommend Sugarhill Brighton.

Lovely tops
I have bought two summer tops from Sugarhill, one last summer and
another this year, and I love the exotic pattern of the designs, the
quality of material and colour choices of each piece, they have been a
really good addition to my wardrobe and are vey nice to wear. I shall be
keeping my eye on any new designs that come in. Thank you SugarHill for
taking care to produce high quality clothes , with good quality fabric ,
its so hard to find these days . One top was a jungle theme and the
other an Ocean creatures top.
Compliments to your designer for these pieces, they are outstanding. :)

the dresses I've ordered are beautiful quality, fit me better than I've ever come across before, have the most gorgeous colours, and the most gorgeous patterns that I'm left in awe and joy that I've found this shop! Yay! They've actually brightened up my life and summer so much!

Customer service is second to none! Clothes are unusual and well made. Just love this company.

Love the style - really unique (I've already been asked where I get my new sweater), fast Delivery and compact and environmentally friendly packaging, great service, really nice - can totally recommend it!

I purchased the Navy Rainbow Stripe jumper as a Christmas gift, when the recipient tried it on the fabric was faulty and covered in marks. I proceeded to order a replacement which turned out to be the same, 3 jumpers in total all with the same issue. I emailed Sugarhill to inform them of the fault, purely for them to be aware and to stop sending out this item. The email chain I have is appalling. First suggestion was idiotic - 'can be easily removed using a de-bobbler (or scissors/knife if you a very careful)', second response was explaining how to wash and iron. Third email acussed me of having worn the jumpers! This judgement was apparently made after 'having discussed this with our design team'. I am no longer a Sugarhill customer and would not recommend them to anyone, not because of the fault on the fabric but because of the severe lack of customer care.

Gorgeous clothes, great patterns, colours and quality. Lovely company to order from, swift delivery, simple returns and any problems are dealt with very quickly and efficiently.

Sugarhill Brighton goes above and beyond in terms of customer care. I had lost a button for one of their very nice cardigans that I purchased. Even though I had purchased my cardigan on another site, the team at Sugerhill Brighton (Emma) took the time and care to send me a new button to my home in France. I will definitely buy from them again - this time directly on their site.

I purchased an animal print sweatshirt. Very disappointed in the “ feel” and texture of the material. It’s not soft to touch but very coarse and rigid. So disappointed, just happy I bought it in the sale. The shape also makes me look very bulky especially because it appears to come up very short in the length.

Emma was dealing with my enquiry over a return I had made stupidly without including the invoice. She went above and beyond to help me, reassure me and keep me updated throughout. Emma remained professional throughout with a lovely empathetic tone to lower my stress levels. My husband eventually found the post office proof of return (fingertip search of bin, lol) and Emma started the refund process. She is a real asset to your team.

The team went above and beyond to make sure an order I had for my birthday was perfect. I absolutely love their clothes and was thrilled to discover their customer service is just as good!

I bought the blue Anwen boiler suit. I struggled to get hold of it and the thought did cross my mind that I shouldn't bother as I'm only 5'3. All the pictures I see of people in boiler suits they tend to be very tall. I was very prepared to look dumpy. It arrived and I tried it on and it is so flattering. The tie waist really pulls it in. The colour and pop of colour on the pocket is brilliant. Just everything about it is wonderful. I'm so happy with it and the company themselves are amazing too.

Highly recommended purchased many items from here and loved them all. Will be a returning customers thank you for your excellent customer service.

I kept seeing adverts pop up for sugarhill Brighton, I’d never heard of them before prior to these adverts. Ordered a jumper in two sizes for choice. Arrived the very next day, this is what real next day delivery is!
Quality of jumper is fantastic and the detail of the design is fabulous. I returned the unwanted size via Royal Mail with a returns label. This was during the Royal Mail strikes. Package got held up but I was given a refund as soon as I provided proof of postage. Fantastic customer service - thank you.
I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again and I highly recommend them.
