Fantastic Customer Service

I ordered a Subcold Super50 LED Beer Fridge last November and last night I took a bottle of lager out of the fridge and the power just cut out.....thinking it was the fuse, I replaced it....but the led light would not come on.I contacted Subcold today and they walked me through troubleshooting and guess what?.......little did I know that there is a on-off switch inside for the light and it was in the "off" position.......silly me must have knocked it off whilst getting the bottle out!!
The fridge itself is fantastic for keeping your drinks cold and it looks brilliant with the led light on... this is my 2nd purchase from Subcold after I gave my 5yr old Super 65 to my mother who is in a care home.
Thanks for your help guys with my little misshap!!

Mini-fridge arrived very quickly and is perfect for my needs

Mini-fridge arrived very quickly, immaculately packaged and unmarked out of the box. Instructions were clear and simple, and the fridge has been performing extremely well for the 3 days since I plugged it in.

Everything was perfect

Great little freezer with good capacity

I needed a very small freezer to fit in a tiny space and this was the only one I could find with a reasonable capacity of 42L. I paid a little extra for the expedited delivery and it came very quickly indeed. It was well packaged and is very quiet.

Great little fridge …

Bought as a short term need for small fridge whilst we were having a new kitchen installed. Did what was needed . Will then reuse in my gym once kitchen is back to normal

Poor customer service

Bought extra wine bottle rack woth cooler and got email confirming that it was being shipped but it never arrived and no updated from courier.
After contacting customer support was advised that it was out of stock and refund will take up to 10 days.
Not great customere service.

Good if your fridge arrives damage free…but if it arrives damaged it’s a problem!

I ordered a fairly large countertop fridge for our new home gym. It arrived very quickly within a day or two, but when it arrived the packaging had been damaged on one side and when I took the fridge out it transpired there were 2 dents on one side of the fridge. They were fairly noticeable and I knew they would annoy me forever. I emailed customer service and again the response was fast, but I was told they were only cosmetic and wouldn’t affect operation of the fridge. I had spent well over £100 on this fridge so I should really be able to have a fridge without dents. So I had to email them again at which point they said I could either return for a full refund or accept £20 refund and keep the fridge. They said they were unable to swap it - ie deliver another one and pick up this one. If I wanted another I’d have to place a new order. So I asked what the process for returning was. I was told I would have to take it to a DPD drop off point. It’s an extremely heavy and large fridge, even larger when it was in the box, and there was no way I would be able to carry it to a drop off point. I told them this but was not offered the option of having DPD collect it. So I had no choice but to accept the £20 and put a plant in front of the dents, which will indeed annoy me forever.

Why did i pay £20 quid for a wine shelf anyway ?

Im rating this a 4 as im not quite sure why i felt compelled to buy a wine shelf at £20 when the cooler actually came with one ? Other than this, i have zero complaints.

Bought a Subcold Eco60F fridge more than a week ago. Small issue after it was delivered but their customer service was brilliant and I always think you can tell how good a business by how they react to a problem. Subcold's was first rate.

Too noisy

Our Subcold Super35 LED Beer Fridge is OK except that it makes a ticking noise from inside at the back, most noticeable outside compressor cycles. Customer service checked our videos and told us it is normal, so will not issue a refund or pay for a return even though we consider the noise to be above the 42dB spec. The noise is intrusive in our open plan kitchen area and would be unacceptable in a bedroom.

Nice product and great service

Rather than using Amazon, we thought we would try the website direct. It was easy to use and, for our actual choice, it was £10 cheaper. The delivery took place one day later (standard delivery charge). There was broken hinge cover that Sub Cold dealt with very promptly. Their customer response time was impressive! Thank you
