Purchased the STYLPRO bluetooth mirror online and collected the item at my local Sainsbury's the small screws and allen key were missing, contacted STYLPRO and they sent out the screws/allen key without hesitation, mirror is fantastic and a great company.

BUY STYLPRO BAGS BE GONE IF YOU HAVE DRY EYES. I have been suffering with severe dry eyes/blepharitis/MGD for years now (menopause I don't know?!) and have spent a fortune on products and IPL sessions in London and spent hours on line as it had become so debilitating it was affecting my daily life. I read about a more expensive version of this and managed to find this and at £25 I thought I'd give it a go. I have been doing it a few weeks only however, sometimes I don't even notice my eyes all day then realise that I haven't thought about them!! It really is brilliant for dry eyes. Please be very gentle and I use Blephagel as it glides so well over this. It's expensive but you don't need much and it's worth it, trust me. I am now doing it once every 2 days, fingers crossed it continues. I didn't buy it for my undereye but I must say my skin is much smoother and defo feels a lot tighter than before. If it does my dry eye and improves the skin around my eyes, it's a win, win. For all those dry eye sufferers, don't hesitate!

My LED mask broke after 8 months due to some bulbs failing. I contacted the team, outlined the problem and provided the requested information. Throughout my correspondence with Simeon, he was polite and helpful. I received a replacement mask within 5 days.

I contacted customer service when I accidentally threw out the strap for my Stylpro LED goggles. Their response was extremely quick and a new strap was sent to my home address free of charge. Excellent customer service from a fabulous company. Thank you 😊
