I requested to cancel my order immediately. They waited until they shipped the goods to let me know that they can’t process the cancellation because goods have been shipped. So unethical and conniving!! Don’t waste your time and money and this website. There are other websites that are more reliable and trustworthy for the same price.

I waited over 3 months for the order

I waited over 3 months for the order, but never received the products. They are not willing to resolve the issue, and when I wrote to them, I was ignored. No money, no products I do not recommend anyone to buy from this store!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. 2 weeks after I ordered from there it have not been shipped. I emailed them and after 5 days I got reply that they are waiting for one missing product and it will take another month till they will receive it loool. I told them to replace it with something they have in stock now. They said they will do so and ship my parcel asap. Another week pass and I still have not received an email confirmed that it has been shipped. I emailed them to give my money back and cancel my order. They said they want to offer 10% for my next order If I keep my order looool. I emailed them to cancel ASAP probably another week too wait will they reply to my message. Im hoping to get my money back.

Bad return experience

Wouldn’t pay for a return for me as I bought something that was false advertised. They also said it had to be unopened to return, but how am I supposed to check it is what it’s claims to be unless I open it and test it.

I have had this issue with other stores but they happily gave me a refund. Granted that was a uk based store.

Obviously stylevana is a Chinese website it was probably silly of me to expect good customer service. Won’t be buying from them again.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I wish I could give 0 stars!!!! I’ve ordered a simple laneige balm over a month ago and it still hasn’t been shipped!!!! I contacted them like A HUNDRED times and I’ve gotten no reply! STAY AWAY THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!!

AVIOD AT ALL COSTS

Company is based in Honk Kong and are scammers. You will not get your goods and will have to claim your money back via your bank. Have emailed a number of times and no response so believe now it’s a dodgy site. Please don’t order from this company.

Waiting a month just to send items!

I have been using this company for a few years now & they always took a while to arrive. Now they are taking a month or longer just to send the items out which is not acceptable. My last order I had to cancel as it was taking too long. I think they need to realise there are a lot of companies selling K beauty now so think they need to pull their socks up!
I will not be ordering again from them

I ordered products on 11th Feb, never received these. Sent an email to support to follow up, I received an auto response but not a reply. I also emailed to cancel my order and to request my money back as it wa taking so long. No response and still haven't received my refund. Awful experience, I just want my money back for the products I ordered and never received!

AVOID!

Terrible Customer Service & Delivery Issues – Avoid!

I placed an order with Stylevana (#BWSVUKA131217488) on January 21, 2025, spending 160 pounds. Nearly two months later, I still have not received my items, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.

First, my order was delayed for over a month, despite me requesting to remove the out-of-stock item to speed up shipping. My request was ignored, and no action was taken.

Then, when the parcel was finally shipped, it was never delivered the first time, despite my address being 100% correct. After numerous back-and-forth emails, Stylevana sent a second package—only for the tracking to show it was "delivered," yet I never received it. I checked with my building receptionist, and there was no package at all.

Now, after weeks of frustration, I am being asked to fill out forms and wait even longer for a refund. Given the time wasted and the lack of proper resolution, I am demanding a full reimbursement, yet Stylevana continues to delay the process.

This has been one of the worst shopping experiences ever and horrible customer service, slow order processing, and complete failure to ensure proper delivery. Avoid this company at all costs!

Do NOT Order From This Company

I wish to hell I'd looked at reviews before ordering. Over two weeks and my *very simple* order has still not arrived. When I contacted customer support I was told they were awaiting my personal tracking information from the courier. The courier should have my full address from Stylvana.

So that looks like £30 I'm not going to see again.

18/02 Update: finally recorded my order. Box is for one product, inside, bottle is a completely different product and manufacturer. Which just makes me think these products are all counterfeit.

Fraud.

Fraud.

Stylevana charged me 90 pounds and then sent me an email saying they wouldn't dispatch my order unless I sent them government identification, proof of address and proof of payment. When I responded saying I would not be doing that and demanding a refund, they have stopped correspondence with me. Withholding goods/refunds because I won't supply your company with personal information is illegal. I will be opening an investigation with my bank. Don't buy from them.

Subject: Urgent Follow-Up on Order Placed 11 January 2025

Dear Stylevana Customer Support,

I am writing to express my deep frustration regarding the lack of communication about my order placed on 11 January 2025. On 16 January, after being informed by your representative, Eunice, that my order was delayed due to a sold-out item, I promptly requested the cancellation of that item followed by refund, and asked for the rest of the order to be shipped as soon as possible .

Since then, I have received no confirmation that my order is being processed, despite my repeated attempts to get a response. Additionally, your lack of a contact number has made it impossible to resolve this matter quickly.

At this point, I feel completely let down and scammed by Stylevana for the amount of £59. As a consumer, I expect timely updates and fulfillment of my order, or at the very least, a refund. If I do not receive a reply or resolution within 24 hours, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter further, including reporting the issue to the relevant consumer protection authorities and initiating a chargeback with my bank, and inform UK authorities .

I look forward to your urgent response.

Strongly suspect this is a scam!!!
I placed an order on December 30, 2024, with all products listed as in stock. The website clearly stated that in-stock products would be shipped within 24 hours and that delivery to the UK would take only 7-10 days. However, I have not received any shipping notification or the goods ordered.

On January 11, 2025, I contacted the company via email for the first time. The company claimed that the order was still being processed. 8 days later, I still had not received any shipping notification. On January 19, 2025, I contacted the company via email for the second time, and they claimed that the order was being processed for shipping but provided no shipping details.

After waiting an additional 3 days without receiving any further information, This raises serious concerns that the company may be deliberately delaying or refusing to ship orders despite having collected significant amounts in order payments. Now I have no choice and asking refund from Paypal.

I now strongly suspect this is a scam, Everyone be CAREFUL!!!!

Slow shipping times as they're all the way in Asia, but I've never had issues receiving packages!

I really like this company as the prices are reasonable.

I do understand people's complaints in regards to long delays, even when you order only items that claim to be in stock and available within 24 hours, those items can STILL take 2-4 weeks on average to even be shipped.

Regardless, the prices are great and if you're prepared to WAIT potentially 6 weeks+ (they're located in Asia so once items actually have been shipped, they often do take anywhere between 10 and roughly 20 days to actually arrive at your doorstep for us in the UK.)

I've never had a bad experience with this company, everything I've ordered has ultimately turned up. There is a premium/fast shipping option for those who really don't like waiting long, but this won't and doesn't have any effect on the long processing time. This company basically underhires, they don't have enough workers to keep up with customer demand but this is ultimately how they keep their prices so low, they have less workers to pay!

I have ordered from them at the begging…

I have ordered from them at the begging of October and still waiting for my order to arrive. They were providing with an invalid tracking number saying the order it’s coming, not they stopped even sending the tracking number and keep saying they are investigating with their couriers about my order. They won’t send me a new order nor refund.

I ordered a TSUBAKI mask and after a few days I realized that I still hadn't received any confirmation of the order. I went to the website and they said that I hadn't made any purchase yet (even though I had already paid). Summary: they sent me to a REWARD CLUB page without my consent and actually made me pay for it. Which makes no sense at all because I put my address, and they even charged for shipping. So where is my product??? Why did they say that I paid for the reward club when I even paid for shipping? You can see that on the website they say that I spent a certain amount, but in my bank it's the exact amount I spent (product + shipping). I WANT A REFUND URGENTLY!!! THEY ARE A SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. IT IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY.
