Never buy from this site

This company is an absolute joke. Their customer service, while quick to reply by email, was completely unhelpful and provided no real solutions. It took nearly two months for me to receive my order, and only because I had to constantly chase them for updates and a resolution.

To make matters worse, they offered me a voucher for the value of the original purchase: do NOT accept it. Using the voucher forces you to make a minimum purchase of £1 and pay for delivery, which I didn’t have to do on my original order. It’s a misleading “gesture of goodwill” that ends up costing you more.

Overall, an extremely poor experience and I will not be purchasing from them again.

IN MY EXPERIENCE PATIENCE WAS KEY

For anyone considering placing an order with this company I will outline the timeline of my order from start to finish.
4/10/25 - order placed for 14 items. Confirmation email received.
My order was "processing" all this time when I checked my Stylevana account.
23/10/25 - received email informing me 1 of my items was out of stock and I would be refunded for this item - refund received within a few days.
26/10/25 - email received letting me know my order was being packed ready to leave warehouse soon.
29/10/25 - emailed received saying order had been dispatched and was en route.
7/11/25 - items arrived today, all present and correct.
I had never ordered from Stylevana before but like everyone else I was tempted by the cheap prices. After reading the reviews I was concerned but decided I just needed to be patient with them and I think that is the key here. I would definitely order again from this company if there was no rush for the products. I can confirm this company is not a scam and the products look authentic, it will just take a while for them to actually get to your door. I have given 4 stars to reflect the long waiting times but I am happy I placed my order. Hope this is helpful for anyone in the UK that is thinking of placing an order with this company.

Credit where credits due...

Credit where credits due...
I placed a large order due to a discount code and great prices! I didn't read any reviews first otherwise I wouldn't have placed the order. I started to worry and read feg reviews, I thought I'd made a mistake. I emailed and had a reply within a day. They told me my order had been delayed as they were waiting for 1 product. They said they could refund me for the out of stock item and ship straight away. I got 1 item refunded straight away into my bank and the order was dispatched quickly. It did take a couple of weeks for delivery but the long wait was worth it for the products.

Incredible Luck

Writing a review because something amazing happened. I ordered two hair masks, and the delivery was supposed to take 14 business days. After placing the order, I found their Trustpilot reviews, got upset, and already said goodbye to my money. But today, a month later, my package arrived. Everything was well packed, and the products are original. I don’t know what to make of it, I guess I just got lucky. I don’t recommend ordering anything from this site.

Be patient

People need to understand and accept that orders from this shop take on average around 3-4 weeks to arrive, thats just how it is. I’ve ordered multiple times, and always waited, but always have been happy with what I received. Reached out to the customer service once to remove an item from the order and it was handled and resolved quickly. Overall a reliable experience if you’re patient with shipping time.

Placed an order and no updates and Paypal resolution option is disabled

Placed an order, paid with Paypal. Chased up after 2 weeks and got an automatic reply. Chased again, got the same reply. Want to cancel as I wanted the items for a birthday gift and now it's too late. Can't cancel the order because I can't contact Stylevana. Can't raise the problem with Paypal because the option to "Continue filing with Paypal" is disabled. Avoid.

The website lists items that are out of stock,I placed an order for almost £80,and only checking with their customer service team after two weeks of waiting for any shipment information, I was informed that two of the items are out of stock and they are waiting for them to be replenished, they gave me a estimate time for one of the items -another 2-3 weeks, I don't think they should list out of stock items as available, there's no option to track the progress of processing your order unless you want to waste your time and contact the customer service,it just feels very misleading and false, I asked to cancel the items that are out of stock and ship the rest, let's see if they will issue a refund and when I will receive the -in stock items, never ordering from them again

My order was in processing for nearly two weeks, despite the item being in stock and advertised as shipping within 24 hours. When I asked to cancel the order, they said I couldn't anymore as it was already in packing, despite it still being listed as ''processing'' for multiple days after that. I'm just going to get a refund as I no longer need the item, but of course also have to pay shipping for that. Absolutely wouldn't recommend.

Six weeks and I’m still waiting for my products to come if it’s not in stock don’t take people’s money THIEVES just look at the reviews here and you will see what kind of a company this is , ok maybe a few saying I don’t know why this company has bad reviews because you have received your package your the 2/10 lucky ones

They are not UK

I should have read Trustpilot before ordering . Absolutely the worst service you can find . Although it indicates UK it’s not and your product has been transported internationally with a ETA of knobody knows , the contact details don’t work and in any case say a reply within 72 hours … absolutely a waste of time .

I ordered a product from Stylevana on…

I ordered a product from Stylevana on 4th August, and their website stated it ships from the UK. I only received it yesterday, which is extremely delayed. Their service is very poor even when I requested a refund, they refused. I haven’t even used the product yet because I’m unsure if it’s authentic. I do not recommend buying from Stylevana. They show a lack of competence.

Good experience

I placed an order with this company on August 1st and, after reading some concerning reviews afterward, I was genuinely worried - when will I learn to check reviews first!!! I even reached out to cancel the order, but their reply came four days later saying it was too late to cancel.

However, my order arrived on August 18th and I was very pleasantly surprised—everything was as described and I’m genuinely happy with both the service and the products. I hope my experience wasn’t a one-off, because based on this order, I’d definitely consider shopping with them again.

J am writing regarding my order placed…

J am writing regarding my order placed over two months ago, which has still not been delivered.
According to EU and French consumer law (Code de la consommation – Articles L216-1 and L216-2), the maximum delivery time is 30 days unless otherwise agreed. This legal period has been largely exceeded.

I therefore formally request the immediate cancellation of my order and a full refund without further delay.
Please note that if I do not receive confirmation of my refund within 7 days, I will open a dispute with my payment provider (PayPal/credit card) and report this matter to the relevant consumer protection authorities.

SCAM

SCAM. These people do not value their longtime customers.

The audacity of them. I logged in here to leave a review only to see multiple one star reviews so it appears I'm not the only one.

1. I have been a customer of Stylevana since 2023 with no issues. I was ordering items on a monthly basis and paid for priority shipping each time.

2. For my last order, when I received it the items were COMPLETELY different to what I had ordered.

3. Upon reaching out to Stylevana about this, they refused to take responsibility and proceeded to request pictures of a "white barcode" label that would have been adhered to the items delivered to me.

4. When I emailed Stylevana explaining to them that there were no white barcodes attached to the incorrect items sent and evidencing this with multiple pictures of the box and the incorrect items, they proceeded to ignore my emails and when they responded, they would ignore all photos/evidence of what had gone wrong with my order, and repeatedly ask for the photo of the "white barcodes".

5. Stylevana refused to take responsibility for the error and they refused to acknowledge or apologise for sending me incorrect items. I explained to them several times that whoever had packed my order, had done so haphazardly. Literally threw the items in a single piece of bubble wrap and put it in the box.

6. I informed Stylevana that the items sent to me had to be incorrect. Royal Mail weighed the parcel and it was significantly underweight. Had the correct items been sent to me, the box would have been bigger AND weighed more. Again Stylevana staff would simply not respond to me or turn the conversation right back to asking for a photo of the "white barcode sticker", despite me telling them that no such stickers or paper invoice was sent in my package. I sent them several emails with all different photos (including barcodes) of the incorrect items sent. They did not respond.

7. After they ignored me for 1 week, I had to file a case via Paypal, to get my money refunded to me. I was made responsible for the return costs and it clearly states in their return policy that where a claim of an incorrect item has been found TRUE. They will bear the return costs.

8. I only received my refund today, as paypal had to force them to refund me.

I think this is an awful way to treat someone who has been consistently ordering from them for 2 years with no concerns. I am absolutely disgusted at their behaviour and clearly they do not care about their company or making money it seems? If you want your business to flourish then you need to look after your customers and train your staff to demonstrate proper customer service skills and handling of delivery and/or packing related issues. The fact I had to escalate this to a claim via Paypal shows how little they care about their reputation and also, how petty they are towards their customers and it appears this is becoming routine for them. Which is confusing really? Why don't you want your business to flourish.

I think if they want customers to be loyal, they need to address their faults publically and explain what they are going to do to improve. Until then, I will never order from them again, unless im desperate. And guess what? there are plenty of asian beauty stores online, who treat their customers well.

I would urge anyone ordering from here to be mindful of this and remember that you will be the one paying return costs if anything goes wrong. They will not take responsibility and they will not honour their returns policy and if you want your money back, you better have paid with PayPal in the first place so that you have a means of challenging them otherwise they will take your money and they will not refund you or send you what is owed.

Gross behaviour. Just gross.

Worth the wait – great prices and service

Many people mention that delivery can take 3–4 weeks, and that was true in my case too. But considering the very competitive prices and excellent selection of products, I believe it's absolutely worth it.
Their customer service is also very efficient — I always received replies within a day, which made the experience feel reliable and professional.
Minus star for providing wrong tracking number.

AVOID!!

AVOID!!!
Do NOT order from them, almost 2 weeks since I ordered and still it shows processing and nothing been shipped. Even I only picked products showing “usually send within 24h” .. I emailed them several times, no reply. So at this point I paid for an order that I will probably never received and none of my emails got a reply. Just take your business elsewhere and avoid the hassle!

AS PER PREVIOUS REVIEWS! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM! I have placed an order 15.05 almost two months later still didn't receive anything! Asked for refund after initial month of waiting for any sort of update about the dispatch of the items but they keep ignoring me! Saying they can't locate my order to process the refund even when I forwarded them email confirming order number, etc... Useless, just useless and soooo frustrating! Will be repeating what everyone else is saying but look elsewhere, it's not worth the hassle...
