Never order from Stylevana

Never order from Stylevana. I ordered Medicube in February 2026. The parcel I received did not contain the main item (Medicube device).
I provided both photos and a full unboxing video confirming this. As the product was not delivered, I request a refund to the original payment method for the missing item. But they don’t refund payment for 3 month. Never order from this company, it is scam ! Super disappointed. They also responded that I have to wait up to 6 weeks for investigation but here I am after 12 weeks of waiting.

Ordered from Stylevana on April 8 and still nothing… 🚩

I’m honestly so frustrated right now. I placed my order on April 8 and it has been stuck on “processing” ever since.

I ONLY found out that one item was out of stock because I messaged them first. No email, no transparency, nothing. I asked them to remove the unavailable item so they could ship the rest.

On April 29, they told me my order was “ready to dispatch.” Great, right? Nope.

Now (May 1), they’re telling me again it’s still “being prepared for packing” and delayed due to high order volume… and asking me to wait another 7 working days.

So which is it? Ready to dispatch or still packing?

At this point, it just feels like they’re sending copy-paste replies to buy time. The lack of communication and the constant contradictions are honestly unacceptable.

I don’t even mind waiting if a company is transparent but this is just misleading.

If you’re thinking of ordering from Stylevana, be prepared for:
- Long delays
- No proactive updates
- Inconsistent customer service

I’m giving them a final deadline before I open a dispute.

Never got my items, trash customer service

Took a few months to ship. Stylevana refused to provide a refund. After no movement for a few months, I again reached out to Stylevana, who told me to wait. Approximately 4-5 months after it hadn’t arrived, they sent me a DOR form to fill out. Absolutely bizarre, I had to go through my credit card to get the refund.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Stylevana. My order was supposed to be delivered within two weeks, but it has now been over a month and I still have not received my cream. When I contacted customer service, I was told that the product had already been delivered, which is simply not true. I never received any delivery notification, package, or update confirming its arrival.
It is very frustrating to pay for a product and then have the company claim it was delivered without providing proper proof or support. The lack of accountability and poor customer service has made this a very disappointing experience. Honestly, this company does not deserve even one star.

My experience with Stylevana has been absolutely unacceptable. My order was supposed to arrive within two weeks, but more than a month has passed and I still have not received my cream. After contacting customer service, I was shocked to be told that the package had already been delivered, even though I never received any delivery notification, no package, and no proof of delivery.
Instead of taking responsibility, they simply dismissed my concern and acted as though the issue was solved. Paying customers should not have to chase after their own orders while being given false delivery information. This has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I have ever had.
The poor customer service, lack of accountability, and misleading delivery claims make this company impossible to trust. They do not deserve even one star.

Says Stylevana UK. All orders come from china direct. As you can imagine the wait time is insanely long even when you pay for express.

Secondly it’s coming from china so you had no idea about the quality and how it most likely is just counterfeit or not the legit product.

Very poor customer communication/Pay through PayPal!

I made a common mistake and read the reviews after I placed my order. I don't mind waiting really, but when it takes several months or the delivery doesn't happen at all because of the company's fault in such majority of cases - I find it mindboggling and unacceptable.
So I just made peace with the fact I might not receive my order and moved on as I had no capacity to fight with the non existent customer support team.
I did receive my order though, roughly a month after the order placement. Everything I ordered was delivered in perfect condition and with legit expiry dates.
How it went for me: About 20 days after I placed my order, I received an email that one item was unavailable. I was really surprised to get the refund the next day. People here write you should pay with PayPal - I should say I accidentally paid the right way because PayPal was the only available payment method for me. Maybe you should try it too?
Next, 2 days after the refund I got an email my order has been shipped and that was the last email about my order. I was religiously tracking the parcel until it actually landed in the destination country. There I soon found the tracking number created by the delivery service which said "Out for delivery". When? Today? if so, what time? Zero info. They delivered the package later that evening on some unlabeled van - I didn''t know whether it was for me or smth for my neighbors.
I think I got lucky but I''m not sure whether I will order from Stylevana again. Low prices aren''t worth such a rollercoaster.

I ordered $70.38 worth of sunscreen and they sent me the wrong item. I have been trying to get the correct item or a refund for over a month. Their representative told me they forgot to update their website like it had anything to do with me. I asked for my refund and they stopped responding to me so now I have a sunscreen that I cannot use. I have filed a claim through my bank and it seem they are also being difficult with my bank. I will never shop from this place again I believe it is a scam. This cannot be a legit business because how can you send a customer the wrong item and then not want to refund them. The first resolution would have been to apologize and issue me a refund if the product I ordered is no longer available.

Never delivered

I booked some products 2 months ago and until now i did not receive the products. They sent a link for tracking but it does no change. So when we complaint, it shows that is moving but just when we complain. And now it shows that is coming back to the sender. When we ask to be refund, they send again and again the same tracking link as they did not read what you ask. Stop. Don't buy anything. It looks like an scam.

Paid Order Still Not Dispatched After Weeks of Excuses

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience.

I placed an order (#BWSVESB2000145663) on March 31st, with all items marked as “ships within 24 hours.” On April 2nd, I even received an email confirming that my order was being packed and would be shipped soon.

29.04 the order has still not been dispatched.

Since then, I’ve contacted support multiple times and received only vague, inconsistent responses such as:

* “being prepared for dispatch”
* “ready to be released”
* “packed for dispatch”

Despite these claims, no shipping date, no tracking information, and no clear explanation have ever been provided.

At one point, I requested cancellation if the order could not be shipped soon. Instead of resolving the issue, they acknowledged cancellation but then said they were “waiting for another department” and could not confirm anything.

They also offered a 10% coupon instead of actually solving the problem, which is not an acceptable solution when an order has not been fulfilled.

I even offered a compromise: ship the available items and refund any unavailable products. This was ignored, and no explanation was given as to what is actually causing the delay.

As a regular customer, this is extremely frustrating and disappointing. The lack of transparency, accountability, and basic communication has made me lose trust in this company.

At this point, I am left with no choice but to pursue a chargeback due to non-delivery.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering, especially if timing matters.

Extremely disappointed – Undelivered order - Refusal to reship my parcel

I am writing this review as a last resort because Stylevana’s customer support, specifically agent Connie L, is completely ignoring my concerns and repeating scripted answers.

My order BWSVEUB1000468328 (value over €350) was returned to the warehouse due to a carrier error – I was never notified about any delivery attempt.

I placed this order on February 9th, 2026, and I have been waiting for 2 months, even though every single item was marked as "in stock" and "ready to ship within 24 hours" at the time of purchase.

I do not understand what the issue is. My order is fully paid for and already packed in its box; it simply needs to be sent back to my address. Despite this, Connie refuses to reship my parcel and is forcing a refund on me against my explicit will. This causes me a significant financial loss and disappointment because:

• I used a 23% discount code and received promotional gifts that I will now lose.

• Prices of the items have increased significantly since I placed the order.

• Several items are now out of stock and unavailable.

I have spent nearly €1,000 at Stylevana recently, yet Connie continues to ignore my requests for an explanation or escalation to a manager. I do NOT consent to a refund.

I wish my original order reshipped or a solution that respects the original price and discounts I paid.

No Delivery, No Refund, No Updates

If I could give this company no stars at all, I would.

I placed my order on 27 March, and it is now 29 April with no delivery and no proper resolution.

I was told the order was packed and ready for dispatch, yet weeks passed with no updates. After contacting support, I was promised tracking information within 5–7 days, but nothing arrived. Later, I was asked again for delivery details I had already provided.

I then requested a refund and was told I would receive an update within 1–3 business days. It has now been over a week with no response.

Poor communication, constant delays, and unacceptable customer service. Very disappointing experience.

Scam company

My recent experience with Stylevana (UK order BWSVUKB1000368089):

- Order placed: 3 April 2026 (£34.87 via Google Pay)
- No dispatch or update received
- Order was cancelled in their system without any notification to me
- No refund communication at all

I only discovered the cancellation when I checked my account and contacted them on 27 April.

Following my enquiry, a refund appeared dated 27 April.

Key issue: there was no proactive communication — no cancellation notice, no refund confirmation, and no visibility unless I chased.

For an online retailer, basic expectations are:
clear cancellation notification + transparent, timely refund communication.

This wasn’t my experience.

Great service and value pricing, but some improvements needed

Ive been buying from Stylevana for several years and hold VIP status as I’m fussy about my skin. I like prices and the offers which are more generous than their well-known competitor. Stylevana is my preferred retailer when shopping for KBeauty. their packages consistently arrive more promptly than other retailers - usually less than 3 weeks, compared to 6/9 weeks with the other retailer. What lets Stylevana down is firstly the website - it’s dated, and lacks reviews or adequate descriptions, but I visit Reddit anyway. The second thing that lets Stylevana down is the product range - it is more limited, and I’m forced to shop elsewhere. I hope as they grow the website will be updated and the brand and product range will expand.

Avoid like a plague: paid in full, received a defective product.No replacement. No refund. No accountability.


I paid real money and received an incomplete product: a lash lifting kit missing a required brush the moment I opened the package.

What makes this worse is the customer service response. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a replacement or refund, I was told that because the product is imported from Korea, missing components are “not their responsibility” and that I, the customer, must accept the loss. It is your own problem.

This response was given by a customer service agent named Rachel Foster.

This is completely unacceptable. If a retailer takes your money and delivers a defective or incomplete product, responsibility lies with the seller — not the customer. Telling customers to simply absorb the consequences of receiving faulty goods is not customer service; it is refusal of responsibility.

They claim they will “feedback to the service department,” but in the meantime, you are expected to keep and pay for a broken product. No replacement. No refund. No accountability.

If you value basic consumer rights, be very careful. You may get something missing or defective, and if that happens, Stylevana’s position appears to be: not our problem.

I will never order from this company again.
