I placed an order mid March

I placed an order mid March. I had been on top of this as this was a HUGE order. I have inquired about the shipping but was not able to obtain more information than that "this was dispatched and unable to make any changes".

According to the records, this package was dropped off at the FRONT DOOR without handing this to any of the house members. Needless to say I NEVER RECEIVED THIS PACKAGE.

I have reported this to the police and contacted this company MANY times with NO RESOLUTION. They offered for the credit of the amout I paid but this would not allow me to repurchase the whole order as I can not apply discounts therefore for the amount I made purchase of 11 products, I can now only purchase 3 items. I mean if this code works. THIS CREDIT CODE DOES NOT EVEN WORK and I am in touch with the company again. I just want my products or money back at this point without this multiple back and forth which seem to take ages.

UNRELIABLE COMPANY and BELOW STANARD customer service.

Stay clear away from this company

Stay clear away from this company. I was waiting for my refund of £57.43from January as my order was never delivered. Received just £33.99 refund today, after months of emailing them. Disgusting!

I’m extremely disappointed with my…

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Stylevana.

I placed an order in December, but the parcel was returned to the sender. I was initially told it could be resent, but after waiting nearly 3 months, I was instead offered a coupon. I declined and requested a refund.

I was then informed that my refund had been processed and was advised to check with my bank. However, there is no record of any refund on my account.

On top of this, my follow-up emails have only received generic responses that do not address my situation or provide any proof of the refund being issued.

This has been ongoing for months, and I am still without my order or my money. The lack of transparency and accountability is extremely concerning.

At this point, I would strongly advise others to be cautious. I will be escalating this further if the issue is not resolved immediately.

Don't buy from this brand

Don't buy from this brand. They have long wait times and don't keep you updated unless you reach out to them. And even then their customer service is disgusting. Do not waste your time purchasing with Stylevana. They're cheap for a reason.

Update: They're so competent that their reply on here asks me to contact their customer service team again, when they couldn't resolve my issue in the first place and are rude as anything. Terrible company to deal with.

Absolutely unacceptable

I really wish I had read the reviews before placing my order. I ordered on the 10th April (over £80), and there has been no update on the order status since. I contacted customer service on the 20th April, but they insisted they had not received my payment. The money has clearly left my bank account, and my bank has confirmed that the payment was successful. This is absolutely unacceptable. I would not recommend buying from Stylevana.

Good price, good delivery, good shopping experience:)

I received my package on the 13th day after placing the order. However I was ready to wait way more after reading reviews. Products arrived perfectly fine and even though I ordered only one item I still got a little present (sample of self-care product).

Do not recommend!!! Stay away

I ordered a product, which I have been using for about one year with great results. From previous experience, the item has a Pink/ transparent colour. When I placed the order I paid for express delivery ( 1 to 2 days delivery) as I was going on holiday and needed the product ASAP. The product came 5 days after, when I was already away. My neighbour picked the package. When I returned from holiday, I noticed the item had a yellowish / dark orange colour likely due to degradation/oxidation. I emailed costumer service, who told that per policy, I had 48hours to complain from the receiving date. If they had sent me item as promised I would have done this before I went on holiday. Very disappointed and do not recommend!!

Oxidized product and no proper resolution

Purchased SkinCeuticals C E Ferulic (30 ml) from Stylevana.

The product arrived already oxidized — dark orange-brown instead of the light yellow color expected from a fresh serum. This is not a minor variation; it is a clear sign of degradation of Vitamin C, meaning reduced or negligible effectiveness.

The batch code indicates the product is approximately 4 years old. For a highly unstable formulation like L-ascorbic acid, selling such old stock is unacceptable.

I provided full documentation: photos, video, and a detailed explanation. Despite this, the company dismissed the issue with generic statements and claimed the condition is “normal,” which contradicts both manufacturer guidance and basic chemistry.

Instead of resolving a clear case of a defective product, they offered a 10% discount — effectively asking me to accept a useless product and spend more money.

After further escalation, they stopped responding altogether.

This is not how a reputable retailer handles legitimate complaints.

Based on this experience: poor quality control, misleading responses, and lack of accountability. I strongly advise caution when purchasing from this store.

The handling of this case raises serious concerns about product freshness and customer service standards.

Month Paid, Nothing Shipped - Just Empty Promises

Absolutely disgraceful. I placed my order over a month ago and it still hasn’t even been shipped. There was no information about any delays on the product pages, which is completely misleading.

Customer service is a joke — they keep repeating that the package is “being handed over to the courier,” yet this hasn’t changed for over a week. Clearly just copy-paste responses to stall.

I paid and received nothing. No package, no real update, no accountability. Avoid this store unless you’re fine with wasting your money and being ignored.

SCAMMERS!

Purchased a medicube age-r booster for £180 device stopped working/faulty. Would not respond. Finally got a response with all these stipulations on returning item as certain providers they will not accept a return from. So I requested a prepaid label or for them to arrange return from a provider that they accept (as I am in UK) they were not understanding. They are unwilling to help and have dragged out responding to me so now it’s out of warranty period they do not believe they should refund me. Any attempt publicly is just a scam! They will not help and will STEAL your money!!

Avoid at all cost

I am writing this review regarding my order (#BWSVUKB10000366737) placed on 2 April 2026 with Stylevana.
The items were advertised as in stock and ready to ship within 24 hours, however over two weeks later my order is still stuck in “Packing” status with no movement and no clear communication.
Despite multiple requests, I am being ignored and have not been given any concrete shipping or delivery estimate for the remaining items (including Rejuran Turnover Ampoule, Rejuran Foam Cleanser, Abib Eye Serum, and Medicube Wipes). This level of delay and lack of transparency is unacceptable.
I have specifically asked for an estimated shipping date, delivery timeframe, or even the option of upgraded shipping due to the delay, but no resolution has been provided.
At this stage, I will have no alternative but to escalate the issue and file a dispute with PayPal if I do not receive a proper update very soon.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious if they require timely delivery or reliable customer service. #update since stylvanna replied to this review pls note that I have emailed them several times and they fail to respond to me regarding when my order will be shipped there reply that we should email there support email is useless because they don’t respond to you!

The worst experience

The worst experience, I ordered my package a week and a half ago and till this day I haven't received any email about my order or did they ship it, this is my last time that I'm ordering here, I probably won't receive my package because I don't have any informations about it and their customer service is also bas. Company - I cannot think of one positive thing to say about them. They took my money and that was it - no product, no refund and they ignore contact. Avoid at all costs. Or you could just stand outside and throw your money in the bin!!!

This website is a complete scam

This website is a complete scam. My order was only “shipped” a month after it was placed, and the parcel was subsequently lost during delivery. I have already obtained confirmation from the courier regarding the situation, yet Stylevana has refused to either refund the payment or resend the goods.
After more than two months, I still have not received anything. At this point, there is no certainty whether the parcel was ever genuinely delivered or properly handled at all. The lack of responsibility and customer support is extremely disappointing.
Please be cautious and avoid purchasing from this website. It was an entirely unacceptable experience.

Ok so i was really worried about buying…

Ok so i was really worried about buying because of the reviews but I couldn't miss the amazing price that was 50% of elsewhere. The package did arrive a little later than I would have thought (arrived within 2 weeks) so worth it. Checked authenticity of products and all authentic & such good quality and packaged very well.
