Very good coustomer service

Excellent attention to detail, superb professionalism.. friendly, helpful (always) welcoming, quality work and top notch product. The service from Naveed, Hamza and the team is outstanding. I am now a customer for life. No more chain opticians for me - EVER. Going to "Style Opticians" is an absolute game changer. Could not be happier. There was an issue with my (previously bought chain glasses) that was impacting terribly on my face - pressure sores on one side of my nose that were so bad I resorted to wearing a plaster. The (changing constantly and not appearing to have been trained with any consistency) staff at the chain store were adjusting the glasses almost weekly - the issue was so bad.

Through 40 years of wearing glasses I had NEVER experienced such a painful, badly managed, bordering on traumatic experience. Seriously. I see basic blurry shapes with no clarity without my glasses. They are the first thing I put on and last thing I take off - every day. The pain and distortion of sight I was experiencing led me to walk back from an outing WITHOUT my glasses. This has never, ever been the case with any of the glasses I have had since I was four years old. I am now 61. That's a lot of glasses.

I was desperate for help when I entered Style Opticians. The instant caring, reassurance and kindness that I experienced from Naveed will never be forgotten. I was lucky enough to have an appointment very quickly and have new trifocal glasses ordered. The new ones were excellent however the field of vision for my reading needed to be deeper- which was not a problem for the staff at all. They re-measured and re-ordered new lenses for me with grace, reassurance and no cost to me. I am beyond thankful that I had the great fortune to find Style Opticians and Naveed. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for putting the world back to rights for me! It was painful - and disconcerting having my sight affected so badly. You have, as I said earlier- a customer for life! Pink.

Style opticians were wonderful, they offered a great eye care test and service. They also went the extra mile to help me with my choice of glasses and took all my requirements into consideration. I like the personalised service they offered after 5 years of the faceless service of specsavers.
I really wanted to support my local opticians so these giant conglomerates don't take over completely. I am very glad I did.
