paid a refundable deposit to hold a consultation but decided to use another dentist, its been several weeks now and Im still awaiting the deposit to be refunded, spoke with Hollie who informed me it was being delt with and should be in my account shortly, that was a couple of weeks back and still nothing, Do not pay an advanced deposit if your thinking of using St Vincent Smile or you may endure the same hassles as myself

For general check-ups and hygienist appointments, St Vincent Smile and the reception team were great and I would rate it 5 stars. I would highly recommend Bronagh for hygienist appointments.

The 3 stars is for my Invisalign results with Dr Umer Hameed. He is a very good dentist and cosmetic dentist, however I would recommend for any non-simple cases (eg significant crowding or retained baby teeth) to get a second opinion from an experienced orthodontist. They have experience with handling complex cases, possible complications, and can offer different options which could be more suitable than Invisalign.

I was informed of limitations in how straight my teeth could be made early on due to a baby tooth, however was happy with the ClinCheck. Quite late on through my Invisalign, I was told it would not be possible to get my teeth as straight as the initial ClinCheck due to lack of room from the baby tooth. If I had known this at the beginning, I may have considered other options.

It also felt like I had to push for what I wanted in refinements. It felt like less attention or care was given if your teeth transformation was not a social media opportunity, for example there was never any attempt to take final comparison photos.

I can’t recommend St Vincent Street Smile highly enough. My dentist, Dr Umar, made me feel that my needs were his first priority and not money, which had been my experience elsewhere. He really listened to what I wanted, gave me his honest and best advice, and the results have been outstanding. He has genuinely given me my smile back, and I am so grateful.

Bronagh, my hygienist, was excellent too, so friendly and knowledgeable. She made the whole process easy and painless.

This is, without doubt, the best dental practice in the country in my opinion. Professional, caring, and committed to their patients. I highly recommend them.

I went to St Vincent Smile for my Invisalign consultation to discuss what they offer compared to another consultation I received. The attitude from the dentist was honestly something I’ve never encountered before. When he asked what they could do differently and why I was there, my answer wasn't good enough, the dentist rolled his eyes and pushed the camera against my mouth, which was sore. He was clearly angry and having a bad day, but it left me with a negative experience, especially since I’m already nervous about dentists. They also quoted me double the price of my previous Invisalign consultation. Overall, it was a dreadful experience. However, the reception team was lovely and apologised on behalf of the dentist, which they didn’t have to do.

I went to Dr Umer at St Vincent Smile for my Invisalign treatment and I’m so glad I chose them. The clinic is easy to get to and I am never left waiting for very long, and I am able to make appointments in the evening. Dr Umer is very knowledgable and answered all my questions as well as thoroughly explained the whole process. The pricing is transparent and I never felt pressured to buy at any point including during the free consultation. My teeth are now completely straight and I’m so happy with the results!

I started my Invisalign treatment in April 2022 and am just coming to the end of it. Definitely recommend this dentist, I travelled from Aberdeen for my appointments and they always made sure they could fit me in around my schedule. Umer was so helpful and made the process really easy! I am so happy with my results and will definitely use St Vincent Smile again for any treatments in the future!

I’ve been going to St Vincent for years now for regular check ups, hygienist etc which were perfect, but underwent cosmetic dentistry the last year and a bit.

I went with Invisalign with Dav, and he guided me and made sure I was happy with lots of regular appointments and check ins. I then had composites fitted with Umer who was fantastic and made sure the final result was perfect. The before and afters of my teeth are insane, I’ve now got the smile of my dreams!

A great team all round! Gotten to know everyone as I’ve been in so regularly. Highly recommend anyone looking for a dentist, especially on the cosmetic side!

I had Invisalign treatment, highly rate and recommend the dentists, both Dav and Umer have been fab! Hygienist has been great also. Had a white filling done and very happy. Also had composite bonding x4 done and loved it

Dr Umer has been amazing for Invisalign treatment! So helpful and listened to what I want out of the treatment, can’t wait to finish and see the smile I’ve always wanted! The girls at reception are always really friendly and helpful to and help work appointments in around my work schedule! 100% recommend and worth the price for the perfect smile!

Myself and my other half have been patients at St Vincent Smile since 2018, and have never had any issues. We have both gone through multiple different treatments including tooth extraction, hygienist appointments, fillings, and have both done Invisalign treatment - and there have never been issues.
Have recommended the dental practice to many of our friends over the years because we know we can fully trust them.

Had Invisalign treatment at St Vincent Smile. Treatment worked amazingly and was easy to fit into my life. My teeth have never looked better and now I’m ready for my wedding and no longer worried about how my teeth will look in my photos. The clinic is open late which means that it’s been super easy to fit in appointments and the staff have been fantastic the whole way through:)

I have been going to St Vincent smile for my Invisalign treatment since the start of the year- I’ve now finished my treatment and I am so happy with the results! They made the whole process straightforward, explained it all and I felt taken care of. The staff and practitioners are super professional, helpful and friendly for everything from general checkup and clean to other treatments. Total scam !!! Went there to fix my teeth , and they were more than happy to do so and get me booked for the earliest appointment as my teeth were gonna cost few thousands , didn’t even last two months then started breaking, called back to get them checked and started to get excuses and got blamed for breaking them ,
