Purchasing a pair of Stryda insoles has given me re-newed comfort, as well as hope in my recovery. So very glad i have them now. My feet took to them straight away, and i will even purchase the Stryda shoes for work & leisure in the near future!

Like others, I also suffer from plantar fasciitis. These insoles were my last chance before going back to the podiatrist and thank goodness, I chose Stryda! I didn't want to go back to the podiatrist and have new insoles made because they never helped me anyway. After about a month of using the Stryda insoles, my pain has definitely reduced and I can't feel my tendons pull as much with these insoles. This is amazing and I thank you for designing this product. A life saver!

I always use these inner soles now. Work just as well as the ones I used to get from the podiatrist. Thank you.

Great product. Been wearing them for a couple of weeks in the work boots and seem to have made the world of difference to my feet and knee pain. Going to bed the second pair in with my golf shoes next.

I have collapsed arches and plantar fasciitis, so I needed insoles with good arch support. Honestly, it was hard to fully trust what I saw on social media, and the price made me hesitate. But thankfully, STRYDA insoles turned out to be one of the best purchases I’ve ever made.

I bought a pair for myself and my husband. At first, he said they felt uncomfortable, but after about three days, he started to find them really comfortable. I’m planning to buy more soon — for myself, husband and one for a friend who also has foot pain.

I truly recommend these to anyone struggling with foot pain. Oh, and when I met my podiatrist, he also said the insoles looked like a well-made product. Thank you, STRYDA, for making such great insoles.

Purchased the toe socks and insoles. Surprised at how great my feet felt after a day wearing the toe socks. Will order more. Still getting used to the insoles but am definitely feeling less pain. Great products

This company sells what it says it sells - the service was second to none, and I am 100% satisfied with the insoles I purchased. My extreme foot pain ( PF) was reduced by about 75% in the first few days of getting used to the insoles. Now I can wear them for a full day and am walking without limping and with almost zero discomfort. This is a game-changer for me , as I work fulltime and was getting desperate for something to help ease the foot pain. I am so impressed with these that I am considering buying their sneakers now too, plus a spare set of insoles. Very prompt and efficient delivery - with great follow up advice on how to wear in your insoles. An all-round great experience, that I would recommend to others thinking about purchasing.

I was very happy dealing with the people at Stryder they were very helpful. And I am extremely happy with the insoles that I bought. I am so grateful that a friend recommended them to me.

I was really looking forward to trying these insoles. Unfortunately, after only a few days of light use, the cork started chipping and breaking apart. Honestly very disappointed with it, it's quite large break. They felt great at first, but the durability just isn’t there. For the price, I expected them to last much longer.

Also the customer service is terrible. I had to send email 3 times just to request a refund.

Really happy with the inner soles. Most of my heel pain is gone and I am hopeful that this will continue.

Unfortunately I have to return the shoes as it wasn’t suitable for my needs due to medical reasons otherwise the shoes look great.

The have been great so far! Planter Fasciitis has been very debilitating for me the last 6 months and after discovering that I need more stability rather than cushion- these have help so much! Not solved yet, but I can definitely tell the difference. Will be buying a second pair.

My foot has more pain than ever, had yo buy bigger size shoes to fit the stryda sole cause their to thick. I just set them aside and never used them.again. was very dissapointed.

Customer Service was above all the most important aspect of the purchase. Then follows the actual product itself. There are products I have purchased and products that were made to suit my feet specifically that weren't as effective as the STRYDA product. The ball at the back of the sole insert was the relief for my Bursitis Neuroma in the left foot and the shape of both soles and cork texture was the relief for my Planta Facititis. Having 2 different conditions in separate feet was the most challenging but this product protects both feet from harm when in use. It is definitely true when he says "dont pay big money for soles" because I'm living proof having paid $700 for soles designed to suit but yet no ball at the bottom to protect my Neuroma. Great product. I'm looking forward to buying stylish women shoes with an inbuilt
sole from STRYDA in the near future. Well done!

The ordering process was difficult,
I am shoe size male us12 and originally wanted White with black stripe shoes, it let me order this then I was advised only all white was available, after a few weeks i got advised that no shoes my size available. Got a refund a week or so after that but no shoes. followed this up and was advised you do not make shoes my size ever, which is odd because you still advise you do on your website.
Follow up, did get call and apology, will hopefully review shoes when back in stock
