Exceptional. Worked within two days. Complete pain free. Work boots to gym runners. The best online purchase I've ever made. I've ordered more now.

This is my second pair for my son. We see a podiatrist for feet issues and told her that I was happy with this product and she said that’s great , stick with what works 👍👍👍awesome product guys , no more pain for him and back to team sports 🙏

My plantar fasciitis has yet to shown significant improvements, but the first few steps in the morning don't hurt as much. If it was 10/10 previously, it has now dropped to 7. So that's a win.

I have difficult feet. I have orthotics and I find it very very difficult to find shoes that work for me, especially sneakers because these days most brands build in all kinds of support and cushioning which doesn't work with orthotics and the cushioning just allows my feet to squish whichever way will hurt the most. I also get blisters between my toes where they tread on each other.
I can say that these shoes are the best I have found in a loooonnnggg time.
They are properly flat and stable, give lots of room in the width and are nice and deep for my foot to be well enclosed even with high orthotics.
If you can make these in fun colours and patterns you can just have all my shoe money.

These cork insoles are very comfortable. No much time to wear in at all and they help relieve pain and discomfort associated with big to metatarsal arthritis - even on long hikes.

These inner soles are life-changing. I have suffered from plantar fasciitis for years. I've tried custom orthotics and every innersole under the sun. I always found everytime I took off my shoes I would redamage my feet.
These are very different. Within a week of wearing them I wasn't having to ice my feet at work (nurse)
Fast forward 3-4 months and the PF has gone! I can walk around barefoot again with no pain or exacerbation.
I have both the white and black sneakers with innersoles and a pair of innersoles for my boots. The customer service is amazing. When I had issues with squeeking (Because I hadn't read the instructions!) Thien personally messaged me to sort it out.

Thank you so much, my insoles arrived and I’m on day three with them.
At one point I couldnt even walk around and do the supermarket shop each week.
I can now and doing a short walk each day is great with your insoles.

I was ale to ask questions about the product and had a reply back within a day. The product arrived promptly, The innersoles are fabulous, I wore them straight away for a few hours initially a tad uncomfortable in my heel area but I had NO problem with my toes burning or feeling the vice like pain which was the reason I purchased the product. I am now walking without pain. I have recommended the innersoles to friends and am about to purchase a second pair for my work shoes.

It’s only been two weeks, I am still experiencing discomfort but that could be my feet just getting used to the insoles. So hopefully my foot gets better :)

The insoles do what they promise, now walking 18 holes of golf without foot pain.

I think you should cover return items like other shoe companies do. I ordered a pair then had to send them back for a replacement pair which I also had to send back. Return postage cost me $50. So I paid $50 for nothing. The sizes are different. I did look at your measurements but still not to be. And also the soles that I purchased where half price and then was charged full price because I did not get shoes. I feel for interstate buyers you should be covering all postage costs.

This will be my 2 month update, i have had knee replacements and after two years my heels were giving me all sorts of grief, after 2 months I am back to normal, I can do 8-12 hours of outdoors work and don’t get home in pain or the next morning.
These work trust me don’t waste your time on other brands.
What sets this company apart is if you pardon the pun is the support from Thien, not only do the soles work awesomely but he will also guide you through the process with the right stretches and customer care professionally and compassionately.

After 2 weeks of wearing, I am very happy with my Stryda orthotics. I have worn custom orthotics for around 20 years, after a lot of problems with plantar fasciitis and fallen arch caused by pronation. I was due for new custom orthotics, which are always very expensive. The Stryda orthotics actually felt super comfortable the first time I wore them! I took it slowly, a few hours each day, to allow my feet to get used to them. It's always a bit worrying trying a product for the first time, but I couldn't be happier! Thank you!

While waiting for knee replacement, i developed Planta Fasciitis. My Podiatrist advised that once my knee surgery was done the Planta Fasciitis could be treated. After surgery the heel pain returned and i saw an advertisement on Facebook for Stryda InSoles and decided to give them a go.
At first i could not wear the in sole on my affected foot for very long. After some discussion with Stryda Customer Service, i persevered, started the exercises, and i am now finding relief. My non affected foot has not had any issues and i find the insole very comfortable.
I have recently purchased the Slim Soles.
I cannot recommend Stryda highly enough. The product is amazing and customer service exceptional.

Great communication, timely delivery, product as advertised. Fantastic shoes! And the insoles are THE BEST!! I will have to buy more for my other shoes.
Update: my husband has now bought some insoles for himself

Once my feet got used to them I now have no more foot pain. I wear them every day along with inserts and really have made a difference to my mobility

Am so pleased to have discovered STRYDA, has been such a game changer for me. I’ve somehow ended up with Plantar fasciitis & do a fair bit of walking which was becoming more & more difficult for me but these insoles allow me to walk comfortably for hours 💜 summers approaching & it’d be amazing if you could incorporate your insoles into aesthetically pleasing sandals and/or slides, big ask I know but I’ve got everything crossed that it might happen one day 🤞

Stryda is the best innersole/orthotic I've ever had for helping my plantar fasciitis. Within a month the difference was amazing, almost no pain anymore. To start with they feel uncomfortable as I got used to them, but definitely worth testing properly. I just got my second pair recently because I can finally run again because of this high quality, well designed and effective product. I've brought many brands to try and help my feet and this one is by far the one that works. I highly recommend you try it too. Thanks Stryda because this is giving me back the ability to walk without pain!
