I sent a package in last week

I sent a package in last week, It was received and I got a conformation letter, with a USPS tracking number for my payment. Just for yuks I tried to track it. USPS said they did not have it yet. So I called the next day and they said it did not go out the day they said it would, But that day it would for sure. That was a story too. 3 days now and it still has not made it to the post office after being told it was delivered to Post office 3 days ago. At least they are talking to me even if it is not the truth.
I sent my package in 7/6/23 They must have received it over the weekend 7/8/23 Monday 7/10/23 I received a conformation that they were taking my check to the Post office and was given a tracking number. on Tuesday 7/11 Just for the fun of it I checked and the post office said they still had not received the envelope with my check. I sent an email to Strips USA and told them. I was again assured it would be taken to the post office that afternoon. Wednesday 7/12/23 I checked with the Post office and again had not been dropped off at Post office, They must have dropped it off after hours. 555PM that was the first day it started to move and be able to be tracked. It moved all night Wednesday the 13th and it came to my local Post office delivery station on Friday the 14th. And I have it now.
I have not had very good luck with buyers of medical
supplies that is why I questioned it in the first place.

I am sorry I questioned Strips USA. Maybe they should make sure that the post office has the package in hand before sending out tracking numbers.

Same issue

Same issue. Sent 2 boxes of omnipod 5 pods. This is the second time I used them. First time I did get paid. I am owed $185.00. No response from email, no answer phone calls, and no text response. Either send me my money or send me my product back exactly how I sent it to you. . Very simple. I will blow this company up on every social media platform and medical supply review company until I get paid.

I will say that after I posted this review and sent emails saying I was posting reviews on here and social media I was paid. I don’t think it’s a scam I think they are just overwhelmed and can’t keep up with deliveries and payments.

Failure to pay, no communication from company

I sent in an order that usps tracking shows was delivered on Friday, May 26, 2023. It is Wednesday the 31st and still no payment and no response to multiple email requests for information. Last time they sent my payment to the wrong cashapp address after many successful payments so I initially suspected that is what they did this time and waited until Tuesday to write them and nicely ask if they might have made a mistake again. Appently not, at least not that they will admit to. They owe me $143 and I want them to pay up or return my product UP overnight unopened so I can sell it to someone else. They've really gone downhill.

Edit 6/1/23: I just received payment but still no explanation as to why it took so long.

Fast and easy process!

I had extra Dexcom devices that I could not use anymore since I upgraded to a different version. Strips USA gave me a great quote and even sent me a prepaid shipping box to send in all my equipment. The whole process was extremely easy and I received a check a few days after they received my equipment.

Another great thing was they emailed me to notify me each step of the way. Great company with great customer support!!

Don't send this company anything and I mean anything! I sent my boxes and they claimed there were dirty! Well then sent them back and there all still clean as they day they left! The only difference is this company opened each one and tried to reseal them and there's things missing out of boxes too. If you want an actual good honest company try Assist Diabetics. I actually received money for my supplies. This is a total scam! Beware they prey on people. Still haven't gotten an answer from there text number. Just don't go for this scam the bbb has moved from a complaint to an investigation. So beware everyone and when this company replies if they do its all a lie just scamming for no reason you opened my boxes so now a person who needs them can't use them because for what ever reason this company opened each box. Just stay away the other reviews are from scammers too. Assist Diabetics will actually pay you. 100 bucks for 2 of my dirty boxes.

Update: there where as white as white could be why did you open every single box then? Quit scamming they weren't dirty at all I wish you could add pictures on here to see how this company lies. Answer the question why did you open every single box? You will answer on here but not thru text message lol.
