Not stressfree..
Got to Beziers Airport to be told car was cancelled in the morning of my flight, no other hire cars available and me and my 8 year old son are stranded at the Airport, no form of contact or help of what to do, absolutely not stress free, I recommend you do not use this hire company..!! I have no email about cancellation and they still have my money?

Worst car broker I have encountered
Worst car broker I have encountered. No cars available for us when we arrive in Verona despite paying in full 2 months ago. No phone number for customer service just a online chat that tried for over a hour to contact in stressful situation. Also tried email still no replay 4 hours later. Names a joke.

3 hour wait for our car
We had pre-ordered and prepaid via StressFreeCarRental for an automatic car from Enterprise, but none was available when we arrived. We had to wait 3 hours for Enterprise to provide an automatic car and as a result had to omit a sightseeing visit that afternoon
